11月17日下午，“言聚心声，语通世界”2025-2026秋季学期深圳橘郡语言节圆满举行！

On the afternoon of November 17th, the OCAHS 2025-2026 Fall Semester Language Festival, themed "Voices Connected, Worlds United," was successfully held!

六位优秀的演讲者，以独特的视角，与我们探讨从自我管理到社会洞察的多样话题。现在，就让我们一起重温那些不容错过的高光时刻！

Six outstanding speakers explored a variety of topics, from self-management to social insights, from their unique perspectives. Now, let’s revisit those unforgettable highlights!

本次演讲的选手和主题可谓“干货满满”又“接地气”，紧紧抓住了当代年轻人的心声：

The speakers and their topics at this event were both "substantive" and "down-to-earth," striking a chord with today’s youth:

Hannah 同学一马当先，用一场《拖延症的自白》直击当下普遍存在的拖延症问题，也让我们在自白中看到了自己的影子，堪称“大型自我剖析现场”。

Hannah took the lead with her speech, "Confessions of a Procrastinator," addressing the widespread issue of procrastination. Her candid sharing felt like a mirror reflecting ourselves, making it a "grand scene of self-reflection."

Mattew 则带领我们思考《不同性格的力量》，告诉我们：世界的精彩，正源于每个人的独一无二。

Mattew guided us to contemplate "The Power of Different Personalities," reminding us that the world’s vibrancy stems from each person’s uniqueness.

今年的演讲内容，意外地掀起了一场关于“睡眠”的思辨热潮，观点新颖，立意独到！

Unexpectedly, this year’s speeches sparked a thoughtful debate on the topic of "sleep," with fresh ideas and unique perspectives:

Vesper 的《熬夜现象》，道出了多少同学在深夜用睡眠交换时间的无奈与挣扎。

Vesper, in "The Phenomenon of Staying Up Late," articulated the struggles and dilemmas many students face when trading sleep for late-night productivity.

Jessie 的《优质睡眠的无穷能量》，与同学们一起探索高质量睡眠如何重塑我们的身心健康，释放生命潜能。

Jessie, with "The Boundless Energy of Quality Sleep," explored how high-quality sleep can reshape our physical and mental health, unleashing our potential.

Annie 则在《咖啡、咖啡因与不眠之夜》中，为我们拆解了那杯续命咖啡背后的清醒与沉沦，并呼吁大家“不如好好睡觉”。

Annie, in "Coffee, Caffeine, and Sleepless Nights," dissected the清醒 and pitfalls behind that life-saving cup of coffee, urging everyone to "just sleep well instead."

三位同学从不同角度切入，完美呈现了我们在现代生活节奏中的真实矛盾与深度思考。

These three speakers approached the topic from different angles, perfectly capturing the real contradictions and deep reflections in our modern lifestyles.

最后，Celine 同学压轴出场，献上了一场发人深省的演讲——《大人能从小孩身上学到什么？》。她以纯真而智慧的视角，向成人世界发出邀请：请别忘了向我们学习活在当下的快乐。

Finally, Celine took the stage as the grand finale, delivering a thought-provoking speech titled "What Can Adults Learn from Children?" With her innocent yet wise perspective, she extended an invitation to the adult world: "Please don’t forget to learn from us the joy of living in the moment."

这一刻，完美诠释了何为“语通世界”——沟通，不止于地域，更在于心与心、代与代之间的理解。

This moment perfectly embodied the theme of "Worlds United"—communication transcends not only geographical boundaries but also understanding between hearts and across generations.

MIcheal老师点评：“同学们在台上展示出来的自信以及逻辑表达让我惊叹，讨论的话题以及为了验证观点所作的准备都非常棒！”

MIcheal remarked: "I was amazed by the confidence and logical expression the students displayed on stage. Their topics and the preparation they put into validating their viewpoints were excellent!"

Nathan老师点评：“台上的选手仅通过几页甚至是一页PPT就能在舞台上侃侃而谈，可见你们为此做了大量的准备，以及你们拥有很强的逻辑表达能力，我为你们感到骄傲！”

Nathan commented: "The fact that our contestants could speak so eloquently on stage with just a few slides—or even a single one—shows both the extensive preparation you've undertaken and your strong logical communication skills. I'm so proud of you!"

Artur老师点评：“同学们的话题都非常贴合现实生活，里面说到的一些问题也是我正在面临的，给了我许多启发。感谢她们的精彩演讲！”

Artur commented: "The students’ topics are highly relevant to real life, and some of the issues they discussed are ones I’m currently facing. Their speeches were outstanding!"

Stephanie老师点评：“今天上台的选手们呈现出了一个非常惊艳的演讲，希望她们的精彩有感染到台下的观众，期待下一次能看到更多同学勇敢上台表达独到的观点。”

Stephanie shared: "The speakers today delivered incredibly impressive presentations. I hope their brilliance inspired the audience, and I look forward to seeing more students bravely take the stage to share their unique perspectives next time."

选手们精彩的表现，赢得了现场阵阵掌声。他们站在舞台中央的那一刻，闪耀的不仅是口才，更是独立思考和勇于表达的橘郡精神。

The outstanding performances of the speakers earned rounds of applause from the audience. As they stood at the center of the stage, what shone was not only their eloquence but also the OCAHS' spirit of independent thinking and courageous expression.
