My name is Wendy Zhu, a Year 4 student from Song House, currently in my third year at VMA. I have served as an Academic Council member for Song House for three years and am also a member of Prefect 9.0. Academically, I have received the Highest Honor Roll (GPA>4.0) and Subject Top Student awards. Outside the classroom, I joined the EcoMelody Club and Web Tech Club in Year 3, and participated in the Wood Art Club in Year 4. Besides, I have engaged in community service such as being a volunteer for the School Open Day and University Fair.

Jessica Liang, a Y4 student from Song House, has been active in both school and community since Y2. She now serves as Vice President of Student Council 8.0, Student Leader of the Library Union, and Vice President of the Qingjian Society. Jessica founded Teaching Beyond Boundaries to record general education courses for children in mountain areas and has volunteered in Guangxi several times. Recognized with the Highest/High Honor Roll and multiple academic awards, she hopes to keep using her passion and actions to bring the light of education to more places.

I'm Daisy Dai, a Year 3 student in the US track at Song House. I actively participate in student affairs including Prefect, House Council and Student Ambassador. I serve as the leader of Makers & Innovators Club and am also a member of the Drama Club and Library Student Association. Academically, I have received the Highest Honor Roll three times and achieved excellent results in WSC debates, IGB Geography Competition, and VEX Robotics Competition. She later taught in the UAE at the Institute for Applied Technology, where she integrated one-to-one technology to support student learning in STEM pathways. Ms. Li serves as a student mentor and the advisor for the school-level Design Club. Dr. J. Thomas McAlister has been teaching English Language Learners professionally since 2002. He has taught in the United States, South Korea, and China, which includes four years working in Beijing and two years teaching in Qingdao. His methods focus on examining language in context to notice how language is used alongside communicative activities where students share their individual strengths to support their classmates in order to learn together. Dr. McAlister grew up from the beautiful hills of eastern Kentucky where he spent most of his time reading, listening to music, and exploring nature.

Louie recieved fashion design certification courses in both Parsons New School in New York and Central Saint Martins in London and comes from an art and design background.He’s been teaching courses in art and fashion at VMAA for seven years (Fashion Studio, AP Art History, Foundation Core, Portfolio Development) for students from year 1 to year 4.Louie has been a designer in Shenzhen for 13 years before teaching highschool. In fall-winter of 2017, he joined New York Fashion Week and Shenzhen Fashion Week, and wishes to have his own product line in the future.

青年钢琴演奏家，深圳万科梅沙书院艺术学院钢琴主科教师，中国音乐家协会会员，深圳市公共文化促进会钢琴文化专业委员会秘书长。毕业于英国伦敦音乐学院、美国新英格兰音乐学院以及深圳艺术学校，师从当今世界著名钢琴演奏家、教育家、刘孟捷教授、Natasa Sarcevic教授、但昭义教授、肖玫副教授、李萍副教授以及旅美钢琴演奏家童心老师。荣获第十五届中国金钟奖广东省一等奖、亚洲肖邦国际钢琴比赛协奏曲第一名、亚洲钢琴公开比赛一等奖、德国欧米勒国际钢琴赛肖邦公开组冠军、第十七届香港-亚洲青年钢琴比赛第一名等。

Max Mao studied violin with Sheng Zhifa and Zhang Jie from a young age. In 2007, he entered Shenzhen Art School to study under violin educator Li Songyang. In 2012, Max Mao was invited to the United States for further studies and studied under violin educator Kurt Sassmannshaus, Boston Symphony Orchestra Chief Malcolm Lowe, and violin educator Ani Kavafian. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music and a dual Master's degree.

Max Mao has won numerous awards in international classical music competitions. In 2019, he won first prize at the US Golden Classical Music Awards and a special award at the Vienna Central International Music Competition; From 2013 to 2014, he won two consecutive championships in the Cincinnati Concerto Competition in the United States; In 2007, won the first place in the National Children's Violin Performance Competition; In 2006, he won the gold medal and other awards in the first National Children's Violin Chinese Works Performance Competition. 

马梦老师拥有超过15年歌唱表演经历及十余载声乐教学经验，回国后曾任教于深圳广播电视大学音乐老师，曾担任过深圳交响乐团合唱团女中声部长，并多次在深圳交响乐团主办音乐会中担任独唱。演出足迹遍布巴黎爱乐音乐厅，维也纳金色大厅，国家大剧院，广州歌剧院等。在梅沙书院教学期间，所教授的学生分别在2016年香港青少年巴林普尔国际音乐节获得声乐组一等奖；2021年德国爱乐音乐大赛中国区决赛获得声乐少年B组铜奖；2023年第十届香港国际音乐节获得流行声乐少儿组第一名；2023年AIMA美国国际声乐比赛，荣获青少年专业组歌剧咏叹调组第二名。她曾获得香港巴林普尔国际音乐节颁发的伯乐声乐教师称号，获得香港国际音乐家协会颁发的国际优秀声乐导师奖，获得由美国国际音乐及艺术协会办颁发的杰出指导老师奖。她的学生们斩获美国约翰霍普金斯皮博迪音乐学院、伯克利音乐学院等海外知名音乐学府录取通知书。

Ms.Martina Ma has more than 15 years of singing performance experience and more than 10 years of vocal music teaching experience. After returning to China, she was a music teacher in Shenzhen Radio and Television University. She once served as the head of the female Mezzo-Soprano of Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra and performed as a soloist in concerts sponsored by Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra. She once performed in the Philharmonie in Paris, the Golden Hall of Vienna, the Grand National Theatre, the Guangzhou Opera House and so on. During the teaching period in Vanke Meisha Academy, her students won the first prize of vocal group in the 2016 Hong Kong Youth Balinpur International Music Festival; the Bronze Prize of Junior Group B of the 2021 German Philharmonic Music Competition China ; the first place of the the children's group of pop vocal music in the 2023 the 10th Hong Kong International Music Festival; the second place of the young professional opera aria group in 2023 AIMA American International Vocal Competition. Ms. Martina Ma was awarded the Bole Vocal Music Teacher title by the Hong Kong Balinpur International Music Festival and the Outstanding Instructor Award by the American International Music and Arts Association. Her students have been accepted by Johns Hopkins Peabody Institute, Berklee College of Music and other well-known overseas music institutions.
