2025年9月20日，金秋九月、丹桂飘香之际，深美外籍子女学校（SAIS）校长李梅受邀出席了在北京七叶香山举办的“田长霖校长诞辰九十周年北京专场纪念活动”。

On September 20, 2025, amid the golden autumn in Beijing, Principal Li Mei of Shenzhen American International School (SAIS) was invited to attend the “90th Anniversary Memorial of Chancellor Chang-Lin Tien,” held at Qiye Fragrant Hills.

田长霖校长是杰出的教育家与热物理学家，他不仅是首位担任美国顶尖研究型大学校长的亚裔人士，也是中国首批外籍院士。他一生致力于推动教育创新与国际交流，倡导“多元而卓越”的理念，为中外教育合作留下了深远影响。

Chancellor Tien was an eminent educator and thermal physicist. As the first Asian to serve as chancellor of a leading U.S. research university and one of the first foreign academicians in China, he dedicated his life to advancing educational innovation and international collaboration. His philosophy of “diversity and excellence” continues to inspire across generations.

纪念活动邀请了丘成桐院士等重量级嘉宾，与田校长的生前好友、学生及社会各界精英齐聚一堂。嘉宾们通过分享与田校长的故事与回忆，共同缅怀其学术成就与教育精神。草坪晚宴则在温馨氛围中，促进了跨界交流与合作探讨。

The memorial event gathered distinguished guests including Professor Shing-Tung Yau, along with Chancellor Tien’s friends, students, and leaders from various sectors. Through heartfelt stories and reflections, attendees honored his academic legacy and educational spirit. The evening garden banquet provided a warm atmosphere for dialogue, connection, and collaboration.

李梅校长在交流中表示：
