Applause, laughter, and exclamations
of delight filled the air as the aroma
of delicious food wafted
across Harrow Shenzhen’s campus.
On September 16, more than 100 students,
parents, faculty, and media representatives
gathered as guest “food critics”
to witness the grand launch of the
– a groundbreaking revitalisation of campus dining.

本次“AISL哈罗美食优膳计划”特邀拥有19年国际餐饮经验的颜道辰主厨(Chef Paul Yen),研发推出了20道全新菜式。从牧羊人派到千层面,从墨西哥法吉塔到泰式红咖喱,学生们无需迈出校门,即可开启一场“舌尖上的环球旅行”。
Chef Paul巧妙融合东西方食材与烹饪精髓,让孩子们在每一口中吃出健康、品出文化。
The AISL Harrow Food Project features Chef Paul Yen, who brings 19 years of international culinary experience. He has created 20 brand-new dishes, ranging from Shepherd‘s Pie and Lasagne to Mexican Fajitas and Thai Red Curry. Students can now embark on a “global culinary journey” without ever leaving campus.
By blending Eastern and Western ingredients and techniques, Chef Paul ensures that every bite is both nutritious and culturally enriching.

“I never knew healthy food could taste this good!”
exclaimed one student after tasting the new menu. The event featured interactive tasting stations and scoring sheets where guests rated dishes based on flavour, nutrition, and presentation.
Chef Paul engaged warmly with students, sharing the stories and nutritional benefits behind each dish. Many parents commented,
“This transformation in school dining gives us full confidence in what our children eat at school.”
