金秋九月，丹桂飘香，当第41个教师节的感恩旋律轻轻奏响，当教育者坚守初心的信念与深圳&广州南沙两大校区协作迸发的活力碰撞，9月12日，深圳新哲文院&实验ALevel（广州）以“新章启慧 哲道致远”为主题，为每一位辛勤奉献的教职工，打造了一场兼具敬意与欢乐的教师节表彰大会暨年会盛典。
这里既有对教育初心的礼赞，也有对协作力量的见证，更有对未来育人之路的期许，现在就让我们重温这场专属于新哲教育者的温暖庆典吧！
On September 12th, Sendelta and SIA ALevel (GZ) held a Teachers' Day Commendation Ceremony and Annual Gala that was both respectful and joyful for every hardworking faculty and staff member.
盛典伊始，四位主持人活力登场，他们分别是熊老师Joy、外教Theo、杜老师Helen、黄老师John。
At the beginning of the grand ceremony, four hosts took the stage with vitality. They are Joy, Theo, Helen, and John.
随着聚光灯聚焦舞台，Milan老师率先以激情忘我的架子鼓表演开场，瞬间点燃全场热情！
As the spotlight centered on the stage, Teacher Milan took the lead in kicking off the event with a passionate and immersive drum set performance, instantly igniting the enthusiasm of the entire audience!
随后，体艺组带来歌舞串烧《海边探戈》，旋转、跳跃间满是热情与活力，为这场庆典拉开了华丽而热烈的序幕，台下掌声与欢呼声此起彼伏。
Shortly after, the Physical Education and Art Group presented a medley of songs and dances titled Tango by the Sea.
新哲教育集团副总裁尹曾女士上台致辞，她首先肯定了深圳校区2025年录取季获“美国前十、常春藤盟校、牛剑大满贯”， 及25年AP与AL大考成绩攀升的优异成果，同时，对南沙校区广州实验ALevel项目的顺利落地深感骄傲。
Ms. Yin Zeng, Vice President of Sendelta Education Group, took the stage to deliver a speech. She first affirmed the outstanding achievements of the Shenzhen Campus, including its performance in the 2025 admission season and the rising scores in the summer AP and AL examinations. Meanwhile, she expressed great pride in the successful launch of the SIA ALevel (GZ).
同时，尹曾女士高度赞扬了深圳、南沙两大校区的协作精神。在南沙校区筹建过程中，两校区同事通力协作、并肩前行，不仅生动诠释了新哲教育集团“责任、专业、团队、成就”的核心理念，更彰显了新哲人坚定进取、携手共进的精神风貌。
Meanwhile, Ms. Yin Zeng spoke highly of the spirit of collaboration between the two major campuses: Shenzhen Campus and Nansha Campus.
面对必威Betway中文版行业波动与挑战，尹曾女士勉励大家，在集团持续支持下，以同心共济的协作精神与着眼长远的战略眼光，脚踏实地做实每件事、积极主动应对每次挑战。此外，她还代表新哲教育集团诚邀大家明年共庆15周年校庆，并向全体同仁送上教师节的美好祝福。
In the face of fluctuations and challenges in the international education industry, Ms. Yin Zeng encouraged everyone to take a proactive approach. On behalf of Sendelta Education Group, she also sincerely invited everyone to celebrate the 15th anniversary together next year and extended warm Teacher's Day wishes to all colleagues.
接下来，晚会进入最激动人心的荣誉表彰环节。主持人依次揭晓各项奖项，每一个奖项都承载着对新哲人的肯定与敬意，每一位获奖者的故事都彰显着教育者的坚守与热爱。
Next, the evening gala moved into the most exciting segment—the honor recognition ceremony.
本次表彰涵盖个人、集体、周年等奖项，当主持人念出获奖教师名单，他们走上舞台接过荣誉证书与奖杯，灯光下的笑容里，有付出被看见的欣慰，更有对教育事业的坚定。
This recognition ceremony consists of three major categories of awards: individual awards, team awards, and anniversary awards.

台下的掌声此起彼伏，这不仅是对获奖者的祝贺，更是对所有新哲教育工作者“躬耕教坛、无私奉献”精神的崇高致敬。
The applause from the audience rose and fell continuously.
教师代表夏雪Cheryl的分享非常打动人心，她提到，支撑大家坚守教师这份美好却高要求的职业的，从来不止于教案的字斟句酌与学生的亮眼成绩，更有日复一日里，与学生、同事、师长共同编织的，那些鲜活而温暖的情感纽带。
The sharing by Cheryl, the teacher representative, was particularly touching.
她以“与心相连”为主题，从三个维度分享了自己的教育故事——“与学生：启发成长”，“与同事：并肩作战”，“与师长：赋能指引”，每一段故事都满是教育者的赤诚。
With "Our Connections" as the theme, she shared her educational stories from three dimensions.
最后，夏雪老师感慨道：“时光终会流逝，但真挚的情谊却将延续一生。” 她表示未来会继续悉心培育这些纽带——与学生的成长之约，与同事的同行之谊，以及大家心中都怀有的那份教书育人的共同愿景。
Finally, Cheryl sighed with emotion, "Time will eventually pass, but sincere friendship will last a lifetime."
评优颁奖间隙，教职工们暂时卸下“教师”的身份，化身舞台上的追光者，带来一场精彩纷呈的才艺展演。既有温柔动人的歌曲演唱、源于教学日常的精彩小品演绎，也有韵味十足的古典舞蹈，更有活力四射的南非舞蹈······
Between the award selection and presentation sessions, the faculty and staff temporarily set aside their roles as "teachers" and transformed into spotlight performers on stage, delivering a spectacular talent show.
晚宴期间，会场变身欢乐海洋，抽奖与游戏轮番上阵，惊喜与笑声不断，将庆典氛围推向高潮。
During the dinner party, the venue was transformed into a sea of joy. Lucky draws and games took turns to be held, with constant surprises and laughter, pushing the celebration atmosphere to a climax.
庆典尾声，全体起立举杯，杯中酒碰撞出的，是新哲人的情谊与担当。我们看到了彼此讲台之外的才华横溢，感受到了新哲大家庭的温暖与活力。
As the celebration drew to a close, everyone stood up and raised their glasses. The clink of the drinks in the glasses echoed the friendship and sense of responsibility of the Sendelta family.
最后，所有老师齐聚舞台前，一张全家福定格下2025年教师节表彰大会暨年会的美好夜晚。当灯光再次亮起，这场致敬师者的盛典也迎来落幕时刻。但落幕从不是结束，而是新征程的开始。
Finally, all the teachers gathered in front of the stage, and a group photo captured the beautiful night of the 2025 Teacher's Day Recognition Ceremony and Annual Party.
