新学年启幕之际，鲸帆港人子弟学校迎来里程碑式振奋消息：香港教育界重量级代表、香港中学文凭考试（DSE）核心推动者 —— 张永明博士，正式出任我校校监，为学校DSE教育发展注入强劲动力。

At the start of the new school year, Kingfan Hong Kong Children School is excited to announce that Dr. Cheung Wing Ming, a leading figure in Hong Kong education and core developer of the DSE, has been appointed as our School Supervisor, bringing new momentum to our DSE programs.

张永明博士是香港教育领域极具影响力的专家学者，拥有深厚的学术积淀与丰富的实践经验。他曾担任香港考试及评核局秘书长、香港教育大学教务长等重要职务，长期深耕教育政策制定、课程评核优化及校本管理创新领域。凭借在优质教育推进与校本管理实践中的卓越贡献，张博士于 2002 年荣获香港特别行政区政府颁授的荣誉勋章（MH），其专业能力与行业影响力备受认可。

Dr. Cheung is a highly respected education expert in Hong Kong with extensive experience in policy, curriculum, and school management. He has held senior positions, including Provost of The Education University of Hong Kong and Secretary General of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, and was awarded the Medal of Honor (MH) in 2002 for his outstanding contributions to education.

作为DSE课程的领导开发者，张永明博士是该体系从框架设计到标准落地的核心力量。他不仅主导多场大型公开考试与国际专业考试的组织实施，更以战略眼光推动DSE与海外高等教育机构深度对接，成功将其打造为全球唯一可使用中文作答、且获国际广泛认可的大学升学考试体系。多年来，张博士持续推动香港教育与必威Betway中文版体系的对话融合，为DSE教育的规范化、国际化发展奠定坚实基础，堪称香港教育界的 “定海神针”。

As a leading developer of the DSE curriculum, Dr. Cheung Wing Ming has played a key role in shaping its framework and standards. He has led major exams and promoted alignment with overseas universities, making the DSE the only Chinese-language university entrance exam widely recognized internationally. Over the years, he has helped integrate Hong Kong education with global systems, earning him a reputation as a steady anchor in the field.

自创办以来，学校专注于DSE课程研究与实践。张永明博士的加盟，既是对学校现有教育方向与办学成果的高度认可，更标志着我校DSE教育正式迈入高质量发展新阶段。未来，在张博士的专业指导下，学校将进一步优化DSE课程体系、强化师资队伍建设、推动教学与评核深度融合，为学子提供更贴合标准、更适配未来发展的优质教育资源。

Since its founding, the school has focused on DSE education. Dr. Cheung’s appointment recognizes our achievements and marks a new stage of growth. Under his guidance, the school will refine the curriculum, strengthen teachers, and better integrate teaching and assessment to provide students with high-quality, future-ready education.
