In the summer of 2025, the King’s AI Creation Summer Camp gave children an unforgettable 12 days.
Technology let their imagination take flight, with AI-themed projects, fun all-English lessons, laughter by the pool and on the sports field... plus evening and outdoor activities like Lego nights, water fights, and BYD Cloud Bus excursions.

“AI Shows Me
a Curious Future”
Three major AI projects sparked the children’s passion for technology. They collected sounds from Nantou Ancient City and broke down the information into prompts. With teachers’ guidance, they built their own GIS story maps.
The children also explored the mangroves, studying local species and creating a virtual biological habitat—from knowledge graphs to 3D models. They even became future city designers, using AI to imagine their vision of “Shenzhen 2050.”
Lessons Kids Look Forward To
MAESHMALLOW, mini curling matches, Gimkit AI quick quizzes, clay modelling... every class is a fun adventure. Here, English isn’t just read aloud—it’s shouted and used through play.
Football and swimming lessons are always the happiest places for the children.
At first, they’re hesitant, but by the end, they’re diving into the pool and running freely on the pitch. Sweat and laughter become the best summer memories.
Beyond the Classroom Enriching Outdoor Learning
King’s Summer Camp also takes children beyond the campus, from cutting-edge technology to traditional culture, from what’s underfoot to what’s in the air—every field trip broadens their horizons.
At the BYD SkyShuttle Base in Pingshan, they experienced speed and technology, even simulating train scheduling.
In the mangrove eco-museum, they learned about the habitats of plants and animals.
In Nantou Ancient City, they recorded sounds and wove the city’s history into their creations.
“Teachers Are Like
Big Friends”
The youngest camper was not yet eight. At first, they felt homesick and uneasy, but with the patient care of the boarding staff, they gradually settled in—and even didn’t want to leave.
Evenings of movie nights, water fights, Lego building, and guqin (Chinese zither) experiences made everyone grow to love life in the community.
Saying Goodbye with an Awards Ceremony
We take time to notice each child’s shining moments—some excelled in AI projects, some stood out for teamwork, others for their eagerness to speak up in class. A grand awards ceremony marked the perfect end to this journey.
Though the summer camp has ended, the children’s growth will not stop. We hope this wonderful journey will stay with them, helping them face every step ahead with greater confidence and courage.
