新哲文院始终秉持 “既有成绩，又有快乐，还有可持续发展” 的育人理念，依托全国国际学校首家研创中心，构建起覆盖全学科的个性化培养体系。近三年来，新哲学子在各类顶尖竞赛中持续突破，以累计超2000人次获奖、200余人次斩获金奖的亮眼表现，再度彰显了其在创新人才培养领域的深厚积淀与卓越实力。

Sendelta adheres to the educational philosophy of "academic excellence, joyful growth and sustainable development". Leveraging China's first research and innovation center among international schools, Sendelta has built a personalized training system covering all disciplines. Over the past three years, Sendelta students have continuously excelled in top competitions, with over 2,000 awards and 200+ golds, reaffirming its profound foundation and outstanding strength in innovative talent cultivation.

Over the past three years, Sendelta students have collectively won 2,064 awards in various international academic competitions, including 206 gold awards/first prizes/championships, 403 silver awards, 313 bronze awards, 21 special prizes, 1,121 other honorary awards, as well as 13 national patent certifications.

从科技理工到人文社科，从经济商科到音艺体，新哲学子在国际舞台上全面开花，用实力诠释着“教学-科研-产出”三位一体培养模式的卓越成效。

From science and technology, engineering to humanities and social sciences, from economics and business to music, art and sports, Sendelta students have achieved success on the international stage, demonstrating the remarkable effectiveness of the "teaching-research-output" trinity training model with their strength.

其中，在2024年美国数学竞赛AMC10&12中斩获卓越奖（top1%），彰显出卓越的数学天赋和潜力；康莱德创新者大会中国站（2024-2025）一举斩获四项大奖，包括金奖一项、银奖一项、铜奖一项以及最佳桌面奖一项；2025 NSDA全美演讲与辩论总决赛中，为中国首次夺得世界学校辩论赛项总冠军；CNEC全美经济学挑战赛收获金奖，展现出扎实的经济学学科知识功底。

Among them, they won the Distinction (top 1%) in the 2024 AMC10&12, showing excellent mathematical talent and potential; won four awards at the Conrad Innovators Summit China Station (2024-2025), including one gold award, one silver award, one bronze award and one Best Tabletop Award; won the championship for China for the first time in the World Schools Debate event at the 2025 NSDA National Speech and Debate Finals; and won the gold award at the CNEC National Economics Challenge, demonstrating solid knowledge in economics.

新哲竞赛的持续突破，源于研创中心“专项发展课程 + 竞赛课程”双轨模式的深度赋能，更离不开专业导师团队、体系化课程、顶尖实验室与丰富社团资源的全方位支撑。

The continuous breakthroughs in Sendelta competitions stem from the in-depth empowerment of the "special development courses + competition courses" dual-track model of the Research and Innovation Center, as well as the all-round support of professional tutor teams, systematic courses, top laboratories and rich club resources.

由资深STEM教育专家、集团研创学院校长彭禹先生领衔，组建了一支由学科竞赛金牌教练、科研项目导师组成的专业团队，为学生提供从基础训练到前沿探索的全方位指导。

Led by Mr. Peng, a senior STEM education expert and principal of the Group Research and Innovation Academy, a professional team consisting of discipline competition gold coaches and research project tutors has been formed to provide students with comprehensive guidance from basic training to cutting-edge exploration.

构建了覆盖数学、物理、化学、生物、信息、工程、机器人、人文社科等全学科的竞赛课程体系。

A competition course system covering mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, information, engineering, robotics, humanities and social sciences has been built.

配备分子生物实验室、FRC准工业级机器人训练基地、嵌入式工程实验室等专业实验场所，且所有实验室均按照国际顶尖赛事标准配置，为学生提供优质的科研环境。

Equipped with professional laboratories such as molecular biology laboratories, FRC quasi-industrial robot training bases, and embedded engineering laboratories, and all laboratories are configured in accordance with international top competition standards to provide students with a high-quality scientific research environment.

新哲拥有丰富的学生社团，其中竞赛类与学术发展类社团占比达30%，包括HOSA-生命科学社、机器人社、无人机社、辩论社等特色社团。通过每日ECA活动时间，学生可参与社团组织的学术研讨和竞赛集训，营造浓厚的学术竞技氛围。

Sendelta has a wealth of student clubs, among which competition-oriented and academic development-oriented clubs account for 30%, including characteristic clubs such as HOSA - Life Science Club, Robotics Club, UAV Club, and Debate Club. Through the daily ECA activity time, students can participate in academic seminars and competition training organized by the clubs, creating a strong academic and competitive atmosphere.
