9月的高藤注定不再平静，尽管同学们沉浸在A Level 10月大考的备考状态，但秋日的运动会绝不能辜负！此次秋季运动会以“不负热爱·活力飞扬”为主题，举办了拔河、接力跑、5人6足、足球赛、篮球赛和羽毛球赛6大项目，用热血与欢笑填满高藤的周五！此刻，让我们一同回望那些闪闪发光的瞬间。

September at SMCS was destined to be lively. Though students were busy preparing for the A Level October Exam, the autumn sports meet was too good to miss! With the theme "Live Up to Passion, Fly with Vitality", this autumn sports meet featured 6 events: tug of war, relay race, 5-person 6-leg race, football match, basketball match, and badminton match. It filled SMCS's Friday with passion and laughter! Now, let's look back at those shining moments.

Class Flags

目光追随着来自G10、AP和A2的同学们亲手制作的班旗，运动会的序幕缓缓拉开。入场仪式上，各班手持班旗依次走过操场，个性标语彰显着他们的态度，每一张年轻的脸庞都写满“青春正当时”，成为秋日校园里第一道耀眼的风景。

Eyes followed the class flags hand-made by students from G10, AP, and A2, as the sports meet kicked off. At the entrance ceremony, each class marched across the playground holding their flags. Unique slogans showed their spirits, and every young face wrote "Youth is in its prime" — becoming the first dazzling scene on the autumn campus.

在国际学校的运动会中，每个学校都有不同的风采。在每一次奔跑跳跃中，Ta们在你的眼中又是什么样的呢？在竞技与趣味的碰撞中，高藤的团队精神在赛场中沸腾。

Every international school's sports meet has its own style. In every run and jump, what do they look like to you? Amid the collision of competition and fun, SMCS's team spirit boiled on the field.

拔河：绳上的“同心之战”

Tug of War: A "United Battle" on the Rope

长绳两边是全神贯注、蓄势待发的队友们，他们身体后倾成绷直的弦，都攒着劲准备发力。班主任的加油声一落，力道瞬间灌满手臂 —— 不管是平日低调的 “隐藏强者”，还是靠着毅力硬顶的 “拼劲选手”，此刻的力量都拧成了一股绳。

On both sides of the long rope stood focused teammates, ready to go. They leaned back like taut strings, saving their strength. As homeroom teachers shouted "Go!", power filled their arms instantly — whether they were "hidden powerhouses" who kept a low profile on usual days, or "hard fighters" holding on with perseverance, their strength twisted into one rope at this moment.

紧接着，教师团队也迎来了属于他们的 “高光时刻”。与学生队展开拉锯的双方互不相让，人人卯足了劲，团队心劲往一处聚、力气往一处使。当彼此的默契与坚持交融，团结的力量在僵持中稳稳推向了高潮。

Soon after, the teacher team had their "highlight moment". They competed with the student team, neither side giving in. Everyone strained every nerve, focusing their hearts and strength on the same goal. When mutual understanding and persistence blended, the power of unity pushed the climax steadily in the stalemate.

折返接力跑：速度与信任的传递

Relay Race: Passing of Speed and Trust

老师一声令下，三支队伍的选手即刻冲出起点。他们攥紧交接棒，拼尽全力奔向前方，接力棒在队友摊开的掌心稳稳传递，划出默契的弧线。

At the teacher's order, runners from three teams rushed out of the starting line immediately. They gripped the baton and sprinted forward with all their might. The baton passed steadily into teammates' open palms, drawing an arc of understanding.

过程中虽不乏失误与摔倒，但没人有半分迟疑，摔倒的选手撑着地面迅速爬起，捡起接力棒便再度冲刺。

There were mistakes and falls, but no one hesitated. Fallen runners pushed against the ground to get up quickly, picked up the baton, and sprinted again.

这早已不只是速度与爆发力的较量，更是团结与坚韧的生动注脚。TA 们是心手相牵、无缝衔接的集体，更是直面波折、绝不言弃的勇者。

This was never just a contest of speed and explosive power, but a vivid proof of unity and resilience. They were a closely connected group, and brave warriors who faced setbacks and never gave up.

5人6足：“绑”在一起的温情

5-Person 6-Leg Race:

Warmth of Being "Tied" Together

10月大考并没有给同学们太多练习的时间，但在队友的相互鼓励和节奏掌握中，队友们肩并肩、脚并脚，在一声声的“一二、一二“或“左右、左右”的口令声中愈发默契和熟练。高藤学子德才兼修的风采在此时充分展现。

The October exam didn't leave students much time to practice. But with teammates' encouragement and rhythm mastery, they stood shoulder to shoulder, feet tied together. As they chanted "One-two, one-two" or "Left-right, left-right", they became more and more coordinated and skilled. At this moment, SMCS students' style of excelling in both morality and academics was fully displayed.

这个项目最动人的，从不是冲线的瞬间，而是“不落下任何一人”的团队温情。在正式比赛中，尽管有人踉跄，但队友都立刻伸手搀扶并鼓励和给出有效的调整方法。不难看出，不论是在学习中还是在体育锻炼中，高藤学子都展现了卓越的领导力风采和强大的同理心。

The most touching part of this event was never the moment of crossing the finish line, but the team warmth of "leaving no one behind". In the official race, though some stumbled, teammates immediately reached out to help, encouraged them, and offered effective adjustments. It's clear that whether in study or sports, SMCS students show outstanding leadership and strong empathy.

5v5足球赛：绿茵场的攻防博弈

Offense and Defense on the Pitch

绿茵场上，球员们奔跑、抢断、传球、射门，每一次扑救都引来惊呼，每一次破门都点燃全场。前锋的精准冲刺、后卫的坚定防守、门将的敏捷反应，搭配战术配合，让秋日阳光里的足球赛成为当之无愧的“燃点担当”。

On the green field, players ran, tackled, passed, and shot. Every save drew exclamations, and every goal ignited the crowd. The striker's precise sprint, the defender's steady defense, the goalkeeper's quick reactions, plus tactical cooperation — made the football match under the autumn sun undoubtedly "the most exciting event".

Cheered on by homeroom teachers and classmates, they gave their all. With the score seesawing, players from both sides showed strong football skills. Who wouldn't be proud of these "football stars"?

5v5篮球赛：篮下的热血交锋

5v5 Basketball Match:

Passionate Battles Under the Hoop

篮球撞击地面的 “咚咚” 声，是篮球赛场上最具穿透力的热血背景音。选手们起跳投篮、突破上篮，比分在交替上升中牵动人心。纵身起跳，手腕轻抖，篮球便带着弧线奔向篮筐；有人俯身突破，在防守间隙跨步上篮，动作干脆利落。

The "thud-thud" of the basketball hitting the ground was the most penetrating passionate background sound on the court. Players jumped to shoot, broke through to lay up, and the alternating scores kept everyone on edge. They jumped up, flicked their wrists, and the basketball flew toward the hoop in an arc; some bent down to break through, stepped up to lay up between defenders, with crisp and neat moves.

最动人是那 “唰” 的一声 —— 篮球空心入网，声响刚落，看台上同学们的呐喊已如潮水般涌来，此起彼伏，混着激动的跺脚声震得空气发烫。

The most touching sound was "swish" — the basketball went through the net. As the sound faded, classmates' cheers surged like a tide, mixed with excited stamping that made the air hot.

高藤学子的青春模样，在此刻全然舒展，额角的汗珠顺着下颌线滚落，那是他们沉浸在竞技里最赤诚的印记，也是青春最滚烫、最鲜活的注脚。

SMCS students' youth unfolded completely at this moment. Sweat rolled down their jaws from their foreheads — a sincere mark of their devotion to the game, and the hottest, most vivid proof of youth.

羽球穿梭，锋芒尽显

Badminton: Shuttlecocks Fly, Skills Shine

午后的赛场移师羽毛球馆，个人风采在此尽情绽放。

In the afternoon, the venue moved to the badminton hall, where personal skills shone brightly.

羽毛球单打赛中，球拍挥舞间，白色羽球如流星般在网前穿梭。

选手们时而跃起扣杀，力道十足；时而弯腰挑球，精准控点。

In the singles match, rackets swung, and white shuttlecocks flew across the net like shooting stars. Players sometimes jumped to smash with great force, sometimes bent down to hit drop shots with precise control.

哪怕落后几分也绝不放弃，每一次挥拍都藏着“拼到最后”的倔强，尽显“更高、更快、更强”的体育精神。

Even if they fell behind by a few points, they never gave up. Every swing held the stubbornness to "fight till the end", fully showing the "Faster, Higher, Stronger" sports spirit.

所有赛事落幕，荣耀时刻如期而至。各班主任为各项目颁发团队奖金和个人奖品，奖牌与证书在阳光下格外耀眼，获奖者的笑容里藏着汗水与骄傲。

When all events ended, the moment of glory arrived as scheduled. Class teachers awarded team bonuses and individual prizes for each event. Medals and certificates shone brilliantly in the sun, and the winners' smiles held the sweat and pride they’d poured in.

当校旗缓缓挥动，闭幕式在经久不息的掌声中圆满收尾。

As the school flag waved slowly, the closing ceremony ended with prolonged applause.

当高藤学子们带着奖牌与笑意踏上返程，这场秋日盛会正式画上句点。但那些并肩作战的瞬间、咬牙坚持的模样、欢呼喝彩的笑声，早已刻进这个秋天的记忆里。

As SMCS students headed back with medals and smiles, this autumn gala officially came to an end. But those moments of fighting side by side, the looks of gritting teeth and persisting, and the laughter of cheering — have already been carved into this autumn's memories.
