新生夏令营｜在UEC的青春故事，从这个夏天开始（下）

为期半天的商业模拟活动让同学们体验了真实的商业环境，从组建团队、市场分析，到战略制定、路演交锋，同学们化身CEO、财务总监、营销总监，在模拟真实的商业世界中运筹帷幄。

The half-day business simulation activity allowed students to experience a real business environment. From forming teams and market analysis to strategy development and presentation showdowns, students took on the roles of CEOs, CFOs, and Marketing Directors, making strategic decisions in a simulated business world.

在这个过程中，同学们学会了如何团队协作、如何分析问题、如何表达观点。虽然只是模拟，但每个小组都表现出了惊人的创造力和执行力。

Throughout this process, students learned how to collaborate in teams, analyze problems, and express their viewpoints. Although it was just a simulation, each group demonstrated impressive creativity and execution.

周二的傍晚，在学校老师的组织带领下，同学们一起外出观看了电影《东极岛》。

On Tuesday evening, organized by the school teachers, the students went out together to watch the movie "Dongji Island".

《东极岛》不仅仅是一部公路电影，更是一代人的青春注脚。它关于梦想、关于现实、关于爱情，也关于那些我们曾以为很寻常，却终究后会无期的人和事。

"Dongji Island" is more than just a road movie; it's an annotation of a generation's youth. It's about dreams, reality, love, and also about those people and things we once took for granted but eventually lost touch with forever.

放映结束后，大家还热烈讨论了好久，这部电影不仅让我们了解了这段历史，更让同学们懂得了勇气与善良的意义。

After the screening, everyone engaged in a lively discussion for quite some time. The movie not only helped us understand this piece of history but also taught the students about the meaning of courage and kindness.

本次户外拓展活动安排在充满特色的红窑营地，同学们在专业教练的指导下，在竞技比赛中拼尽全力加油声、欢笑声根本停不下来。

This outdoor development activity was held at the distinctive Hongyao Camp. Under the guidance of professional coaches, the students gave their all in the competitive games—cheers and laughter never stopped.

"三、二、一，放手！"在抓棍子默契挑战中，同学们围成圆圈，每人右手掌心抵住立式长棍上端，听到口令后迅速放开当前棍子并抓住右侧同伴的棍子。

"Three, two, one, let go!" In the tacit understanding challenge of catching sticks, students formed a circle, each pressing the palm of their right hand against the top of a vertical long stick. Upon hearing the command, they quickly released their current stick and grabbed the stick of the person to their right.

一开始同学们还手忙脚乱，棍子接二连三地倒地，但随着练习的深入，同学们逐渐掌握了节奏，这项看似简单的活动却需要高度集中和默契配合。

At first, the students were flustered, and sticks fell one after another. But with practice, they gradually found the rhythm. This seemingly simple activity required high concentration and tacit coordination.

有了初步默契，挑战升级到需要更高配合度的同心鼓环节。小组成员围成一圈，每人手握一根连接中央鼓的绳子，通过协同用力让鼓面击球。看似简单，实际操作却需要高度默契。

With initial tacit understanding established, the challenge escalated to the drum segment, which required even higher coordination. Group members formed a circle, each holding a rope connected to a central drum. They had to coordinate their force to make the drum surface hit a ball. It seemed simple but required highly tacit understanding in practice.

同心鼓让同学们体会到：团队中每个人都很重要，任何一个人的失误都会影响整体效果。只有当所有人心往一处想，力往一处使，才能创造最佳成绩。

The drum aught the students that everyone in the team is important, and any single person's mistake affects the overall outcome. Only when everyone thinks and strives as one can the best results be achieved.

绿茵场上，九宫格足球挑战赛正在激烈进行中！同学们轮流踢球，有百发百中的喜悦，也有差之毫厘的遗憾。他们需要在无限的次数中，踢中的六个数字，总和最大者获胜。

On the green field, the 9-grid soccer challenge  was in full swing! Students took turns kicking the ball—there was the joy of scoring perfectly, but also the regret of missing by a hair's breadth. They needed to hit six numbers (within unlimited attempts), and the team with the highest total sum of those numbers would win.

这项活动不仅考验个人足球技巧，更培养了团队策略和沟通能力，同学们既保证射门准确度，又兼顾战术策略。

This activity not only tested individual soccer skills but also cultivated team strategy and communication skills. Students had to ensure shooting accuracy while also considering tactical strategy.

中午时分，餐厅为同学们准备了丰富多样的菜品，营养均衡的午餐既补充了上午消耗的体力，也为下午的活动储备能量。

At noon, the restaurant prepared a wide variety of nutritious and balanced dishes for the students. The lunch replenished the energy consumed in the morning and stored up energy for the afternoon activities.

同学们在欢声笑语中享用营养午餐。经过一上午的团队活动，大家已然熟悉起来，餐桌上的交流更加自然畅快。

The students enjoyed the nutritious lunch amidst laughter and chatter. After a morning of team activities, everyone had already become familiar, and conversation at the table was more natural and relaxed.

最暖心的要数午间的惊喜环节！同学们享用午饭后，在教练的引导下进行小小破冰行动，在同学们惊喜的目光中，老师们推着生日蛋糕出现。

The most heartwarming part was the surprise at noon! After lunch, guided by the coaches, a small ice-breaking action took place. To the students' surprise, teachers appeared pushing a birthday cake.

原来学校偷偷为八月份生日的小寿星们准备了生日蛋糕！在全体师生齐唱生日歌的温馨氛围中，寿星们一起许愿、吹蜡烛、分享蛋糕。

It turned out the school had secretly prepared a birthday cake for the students with birthdays in August! In the warm atmosphere of all the teachers and students singing "Happy Birthday" together, the birthday stars made wishes, blew out the candles, and shared the cake.

这份突如其来的惊喜，让新生们深切感受到了学校的用心与关怀，也在分享蛋糕的甜蜜时刻中，进一步加深了彼此之间的情谊。

This unexpected surprise made the new students deeply feel the school's thoughtfulness and care. Sharing the sweet moment of cake further deepened the bonds of friendship between them.

下午的阳光洒在湖面上，同学们两人一组登上皮划艇，开启了水上协作之旅。

The afternoon sun shone on the lake surface as students boarded kayaks in pairs, embarking on a journey of aquatic cooperation.

湖面上回荡着此起彼伏的口令声，一艘艘彩色皮划艇在湖面上划出优美弧线，有人划得飞快，有人却在原地打转，但在不断尝试中，渐渐找到了默契的节奏。

Commands echoed back and forth across the lake. Colorful kayaks traced graceful arcs on the water. Some paddled swiftly, while others spun in circles, but through constant trying , they gradually found a默契 (tacit) rhythm.

皮划艇活动让同学们在欢笑中学会了沟通与协调，每个人都挑战了自己，体会到只有步调一致才能向前进发的道理，收获了满满的成就感。

The kayaking activity taught students communication and coordination through laughter. Everyone challenged themselves and realized that only by moving in sync can you move forward, gaining a great sense of accomplishment.

夏令营的尾声是一场温馨的仪式。没有华丽的舞台，但有真诚的分享。

The end of the summer camp was marked by a warm ceremony. There was no lavish stage, but there were sincere shares.

每个小组都要合作绘制一张创意海报，有的组画了这一周最难忘的瞬间，有的组画了小组成员特色，每一张都超级有创意！

Each group collaborated to create a creative poster. Some groups drew the most memorable moments of the week, others drew the characteristics of their group members—each one was super creative!

大家静静地坐在教室里，给这一周最想感谢的人写信——可能是帮助过自己的老师，可能是新认识的朋友，也可能是食堂的叔叔阿姨，原来这一周收获了这么多温暖和善意。

Everyone sat quietly in the classroom, writing letters to the person they wanted to thank most this week—it might be a teacher who helped them, a new friend they made, or perhaps the uncles and aunts in the cafeteria. It turned out they had received so much warmth and kindness this week.

颁发结营证书的时候，每个人的脸上都洋溢着自豪的笑容，Jessie校长亲自为每个同学颁发证书。

When the camp completion certificates were awarded, everyone's face was filled with proud smiles. Principal Jessie personally presented each student with their certificate.

最后的茶话会简直像大家庭聚会！桌上摆满了零食和饮料，大家一边吃着美食，一边分享这一周的趣事。欢声笑语中，大家都舍不得说再见。

The final tea party felt just like a big family gathering! The tables were filled with snacks and drinks. Everyone shared fun stories from the week while enjoying the treats. Amidst the laughter, no one wanted to say goodbye.

This week, we witnessed too many beautiful moments. This journey has left everyone feeling less apprehensive and more composed and excited about the regular classes about to begin.
