Youth doesn't graduate

we don't say goodbye

6月19日，上海澳大利亚国际高中礼堂内青春的欢笑与感动的泪水交织，第十五届毕业生（A-level班第八届）毕业典礼在此隆重举行。陆贤校长带领学术团队，与全体师生及毕业生家长共同见证毕业生们人生中这一重要时刻，2018届优秀校友范晓瑜也惊喜现身，以自身经历为学弟学妹们指引留学之路。

On June 19th, the auditorium of Shanghai Australian International High School was filled with the intertwined sounds of youthful laughter and tears of emotion, as the 15th cohort of graduates overall (the 8th cohort of the A-level Class) celebrated their commencement ceremony. Principal Lu Xian led the academic faculty, joining the entire school community, parents of the graduates, and all present to witness this pivotal milestone in the graduates' journey. Among the distinguished guests was Fan Xiaoyu, an outstanding alumna from the 2018 cohort, who made a surprise appearance to share invaluable insights from her overseas study experiences, illuminating the path forward for her junior peers.

学术荣光，闪耀成长轨迹

在热烈的掌声中，陆贤校长和学术团队揭晓并颁发“最佳单科奖”，黄睿、宋昕睿、郝优嘉、张嘉琪四位同学凭借在学科竞赛中的出色表现获此殊荣。其中，“最佳学术奖”得主黄睿同学以物理满分的优异成绩脱颖而出。这份荣誉的背后，离不开教师团队的辛勤付出——我校毕业班教师中，超过80%拥有15年以上教龄，凭借他们的专业知识和坚定不移的热情，培育了一代又一代的悻悻学子。

Amid warm applause, Principal Lu Xian and the academic faculty unveiled and presented the "Best Single Subject Awards," honoring Huang Rui, Song Xinrui, Hao Youjia, and Zhang Jiaqi for their outstanding performances in academic competitions. Among them, "Best Academic Award" recipient Huang Rui stood out with a perfect physics score.

Behind this accolade lies the unwavering dedication of our faculty - over 80% of instructors teaching graduating cohorts boast 15+ years of pedagogical experience. These educators have remained steadfastly committed to the frontlines of education, nurturing generations of learners through their expertise and unwavering passion.

学姐领航，传递奋进力量

我校2018届优秀毕业生范晓瑜，目前正在美国康纳尔大学攻读生物医学博士学位。此前，她已获得牛津大学药理学理学硕士。在分享求学经历时，范晓瑜回忆起自己在澳洲悉尼大学完成药学荣誉学士学位的时光。就读期间，她攻读了生物化学、药理学、药物分析、药物合成等核心课程，并积极投身社区、医院药房和医院病房的实习工作。这些实践经历让她深刻领悟到，药剂研究不仅需要在实验室中寻求突破，更要紧密贴合临床实际需求，这也促使她坚定了继续深造的决心。

此外，范晓瑜还分享了自己在我校就读国际高中期间和当年备考澳洲高考（WACE）的宝贵经验。她鼓励学弟学妹们勇敢追梦：“期待未来能在同一领域与大家相遇！”

Fan Xiaoyu, a distinguished graduate of our 2018 cohort, is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedicine at Cornell University's Weill Graduate School. She previously earned an MSc. in Pharmacology from the University of Oxford and completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) at the University of Sydney. During her undergraduate studies, she mastered core disciplines including biochemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical analysis, and pharmaceutical synthesis, while gaining hands-on experience through internships in community pharmacies, hospital dispensaries, and clinical wards. These practical exposures led her to realize that pharmaceutical research demands not only laboratory breakthroughs but also close alignment with clinical needs—a revelation that cemented her determination to pursue advanced studies.

Fan Xiaoyu also shared her valuable experiences from studying at our school's international high school and preparing for the WACE (Western Australian Certificate of Education) exams. Addressing her juniors, she encouraged them to pursue dreams fearlessly: "I look forward to meeting many of you in the same field in the future!"

来自跨洋的祝福

与此同时，我校十年前的毕业生陈威烨，如今已是一位非常出色的企业家。值此毕业之际，他特意从海外跨洋发来祝福视频。他的弟弟陈威宏是本届的毕业生，看着弟弟穿上毕业袍的瞬间，陈威烨仿佛看到了十年前同样在这里扬帆启航的自己。这位学长也借此对学弟学妹们说：人生没有标准的答案，也不是简单的复制游戏，重要的是在这每一次的过程之中，我们如何去沉淀，如何去反思，在每一次的挑战中让自己变的更加强大并超越自己，希望各位学弟学妹们以自信与坚持为桨，在人生的浩瀚海洋中，驶向属于自己的璀璨远方。

Chen Weiye, a graduate from our school a decade ago, has now become an accomplished entrepreneur. On the occasion of this year's graduation, he specially sent a blessing video from overseas. His younger brother Chen Weihong is among this year's graduates. Watching his brother don the graduation gown, Chen Weiye felt as if he was seeing his own self from ten years ago, who had also set sail from this very place. The senior alumni shared with the juniors: "Life has no standard answers, nor is it a simple game of replication. What truly matters is how we accumulate and reflect during each process, how we grow stronger and push beyond our limits through every challenge. I hope you all will use confidence and perseverance as your oars, navigating the vast ocean of life toward your own brilliant destinations."

温情时刻，镌刻青春记忆

毕业典礼上，温馨感人的画面不断上演。校长、学术主管及任课老师们纷纷上台，向毕业生们送上诚挚祝福；学生代表深情回顾了四年的校园生活，点滴往事勾起全场共鸣，更有来自远方的学长，发来的视频祝福。我校也祝愿所有毕业生们带着在母校收获的知识与勇气，在更广阔的天地里，书写属于自己的精彩人生！”

During the commencement ceremony, heartwarming moments unfolded

continuously. The Principal, Acedmic department director, and faculty

members ascended the stage to offer sincere blessings to graduates.

A student representative emotionally revisited four years of campus life, with shared memories resonating deeply across the audience. Additionally, alumni from afar sent video congratulations. Our institution wishes all graduates to carry the knowledge and courage cultivated here, crafting brilliant futures in the broader world!

硕果盈枝，奔赴星辰大海

值得骄傲的是，本届毕业生成绩斐然，已斩获伦敦大学学院、曼彻斯特大学、伦敦政治经济学院、帝国理工大学、香港科技大学、墨尔本大学、昆士兰大学、新南威尔士大学、悉尼大学等世界名校的预录取通知书和牛津大学的面试邀请，专业选择聚焦人工智能、电气电子工程等前沿领域。典礼最后，毕业生们向父母和老师献上鲜花，以感恩之心，致敬成长路上的每一份关爱与支持。

Notably, this graduating class has achieved remarkable outcomes, securing

conditional offers from prestigious institutions including University College London, University of Manchester, London School of Economics, Imperial College London, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, University of Melbourne, University of Queensland, University of New South Wales, and University of Sydney, alongside interview invitations from Oxford University.Their academic choices encompass cutting-edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence and Electrical & Electronic Engineering. At the ceremony's conclusion, graduates presented bouquets to parents and teachers, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the

unwavering support accompanying their journey.
