Cheers to Our Math Winners
CISH is incredibly proud to announce that five of our Maple Dragons have achieved outstanding success in the 2025 Southeast Asian Mathematical Olympiad (SEAMO) and are now invited to compete in the prestigious and advanced SEAMO X Global Round in Bali, Indonesia!
Our primary school students, Henry (Grade 3), Ivy (Grade 2), Ella (Grade 3), Stone (Grade 5), and Jiayao (Grade 4), earned two silver medals and three bronze medals, exceeding over 1000 exceptional participants from the Asia-Pacific region. This incredible achievement fills us with immense pride as we celebrate the academic excellence of our students. We are especially happy to hear from three of them about their competition experiences.
“I carefully read each question to understand it fully and focused on solving the ones I could. I’m happy with my result, even though I was aiming for a gold medal. I want to thank Mr. B for creating a relaxed and encouraging environment for me to grow.”
“I worked hard and felt nervous on the test day, but this experience made me like math more, and I’m very happy. I want to say thank you to my teachers for helping me and cheering for me.”
“We worked our brains hard to solve fun and challenging problems during the contest. I’m so proud of what I’ve achieved, it has boosted my confidence in math. I want to thank Ms. Cami for encouraging me to participate, and I’m grateful to all my teachers, especially Ms. Cami and Ms. Lily, for believing in me and guiding me.”
