如今,预制菜、低质午餐引发社会各界对校园餐饮的 “品质焦虑” ,食品安全备受关注。AISL哈罗美食优膳计划一经发布,海南日报、海口日报、海口电视台、特区报、海南广电等各界媒体代表纷纷到场采访了解该项目,并亲自体验了哈罗出品美食。
对于校园餐饮,哈罗海口的答案是:
不止于食品安全的底线守护,更在于食品品质的向上追求 ——
从食材甄选到营养配比,从风味研发到文化融入,用每一道优膳,回应每一份对学生成长的珍视。

她进一步阐述道:"这个计划远不止于食物本身,更在于培育餐桌上的快乐与联结。我们希望通过全球美食的体验,帮助学生培养终身受益的健康饮食习惯。此次在哈罗海口举办的品鉴会是一个开端,我们热切期待由此产生的集体体验将激励学生、教职员工和家长,每一餐都体现我们对卓越品质的不懈追求。"



80余位家长代表、学生、教职员工及特邀嘉宾亲历“飨遇海岛“品鉴会。五道代表菜品以环保餐具呈现,搭配食材展示与营养说明,参与者从味道、营养、外观多维度评分,为后续AISL哈罗菜单优化提供数据支持。
学生们不仅体验了一场味蕾的盛宴,还通过主厨的分享,汲取到丰富的膳食文化和知识。

在品鉴会上,意式牛肉千层面和英式牧羊人派经典碰撞、脆皮烤猪肉配苹果酱和泰式绿咖喱鸡的香气唤醒味蕾,哈啰米奶酪番茄罗勒扁面包带来的地中海的阳光气息——
这些国际经典菜式化身文化媒介,让学生在每日膳食中感知全球视野。

The tasting event at AISL Harrow Haikou, in collaboration with renowned international chef Paul Yen,
showcased 20 international dishes that integrate health, nutritious deliciousness, and diverse cultures, redefining the campus dining experience.
From academic excellence to catering excellence, AISL Harrow Haikou is committed to creating a "shared dining memory among Harrovians worldwide" that combines quality and warmth for every member of the Harrow community.

Nowadays, pre-made meals and low-quality lunches have triggered widespread "quality anxiety" about school catering among all sectors of society, with food safety becoming a major concern.
Upon the launch of the AISL Harrow Food Project, media representatives from Hainan Daily, Haikou Daily, Haikou TV, Hainan Special Zone News and Hainan Radio and Television rushed to the scene to cover the project.
AISL Harrow Haikou's answer to school catering is: going beyond the bottom line of food safety to pursue higher food quality. From ingredient selection and nutritional allocation to cultural integration, every premium dish is a response to the care for students' growth.

“We are delighted to unveil the AISL Harrow Food Project, an initiative that embodies our commitment to excellence in school dining. As the first education group to launch this endeavour, we are partnering with a celebrated culinary chef to craft healthy, delicious international dishes that not only nourish but also create cherished memories for our students.
Clare continued: “This project is about more than just food; it’s about fostering joy and connection at the table. It’s also about bringing the world to our students and supporting them in building life-long healthy eating habits. The tasting event held at Harrow Haikou is just the beginning, and we eagerly anticipate the shared experiences that will inspire our students, staff, and parents alike, reflecting our dedication to excellence in every meal.”



More than 80 parent representatives, students, staff, and guests attended the "A Bite of Island" tasting event. Five signature dishes were served in eco-friendly tableware, accompanied by ingredient displays and nutritional explanations. Participants rated the dishes from multiple dimens0ons including taste, nutrition, and presentation, providing data support for the subsequent optimization of the AISL Harrow menu. Students not only enjoyed a feast but also gained rich dietary culture and knowledge through the chef's sharing.

At the tasting event, classic Italian beef lasagna collided with traditional British shepherd's pie; the aroma of crispy roast pork belly with apple sauce and Thai green curry chicken awakened the taste buds; and halloumi cheese flatbread with tomato and basil brought the su0ny flavor of the Mediterranean. These classic international dishes have become cultural carriers, allowing students to gain a global perspective through their daily meals.

My favorite dish is Thai green curry. It's slightly spicy but extremely delicious. The unique coconut milk in the curry makes me feel like I'm back in Thailand.

The school regularly invites parents to taste meals on school days and makes continuous improvements. Now they have launched new cuisines, and as a parent, I feel completely at ease about my child eating at school.

Harrow Haikou's meticulous pursuit of catering makes us sigh that the students here are truly fortunate. One of our journalists is allergic to dairy products today, and the school specially replaced cheese with soy milk in the lasagna to make a lactose-intolerant version without compromising the flavor. This attention to detail is a true demonstration to its quality.



The AISL Harrow Food Project is committed to using 100% whole foods, rich in essential nutrients: in fibre, vitamins, and minerals, promoting healthy growth in students.

We have replaced refined sugar with natural sweeteners like honey and fruits to help prevent obesity and other health issues, while enhancing students’ concentration. The menu also includes dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian and vegan options to cater for special dietary needs.

Balanced daily meals feature lean protein and fresh produce, promoting healthy eating habits to last a lifetime.
