托育园的一天：成长的每一刻都值得珍藏 I A Day at the Nursery

老师们已经换好整洁的工作服，精神抖擞地站在园所门口，带着灿烂的笑容迎接孩子们的到来。“早上好呀！” 温柔的问候声此起彼伏。有的孩子欢快地扑进老师怀里，有的则紧紧拽着家长的衣角，眼中满是不舍。老师们蹲下身，用温暖拥抱孩子，轻声细语地安抚孩子的情绪，再带着孩子走进校门。

孩子们陆续完成二次晨检，然后去上厕所、洗手。洗手时，老师会引导幼儿使用 “七步洗手法”。完成清洁后，孩子会逐渐学会自己用纸巾擦干双手。

教室里播放着轻柔的古典音乐，孩子们各自落座。老师帮助幼儿打餐，把餐盘摆放有序后，孩子们开始用餐。这时候，我们会发现有的孩子专注地用勺子舀起粥，努力不让米粒洒落；有的尝试左右手配合进餐，眼神中透着认真。当孩子们需要帮助的时候，他们会举起食指示意，老师立刻走近蹲下身子，用近乎耳语的音量沟通：“需要我帮你吗？”

晨圈活动（Morning Circle Time）如同一场充满魔法的仪式，将孩子们的好奇心与探索欲悄然唤醒。晨圈活动的核心在于构建一个以学生为中心的互动场域。孩子们围坐成圈，在平等开放的氛围里练习英文问候、分享生活点滴，一起讨论当天的天气、缺席同伴或班级项目进展，教师则通过记录与提问引导孩子的思维碰撞。

班级通常以英文问候歌开场，教师手持天气卡引导孩子观察窗外，用 “Today is sunny, isn't it?” 等简单句式练习对话。晨圈活动诠释了一个教育真谛：教育不是填鸭式的知识灌输，而是通过有节奏的互动，让儿童在温暖的集体中自然生长。这个小小的圆环，正以其独特的魔力，串联起语言启蒙、社交能力与生命认知的多重维度，为孩子的终身发展奠定基石。

在素质教育全面推进的当下，特色课程正在成为培养幼儿综合素养的重要载体。皮划艇、网球、高尔夫以及音乐等特色课程，以其独特的教育价值与趣味性，为幼儿搭建起个性化发展的平台，助力他们在运动与艺术的浸润中实现全面成长。

外教会用英语介绍点心：“Today’s snack is…” 在这里，孩子们学会独立与自律，感受分享的快乐，探索世界的奇妙。每一口香甜的点心，每一次温馨的互动，都在为童年涂抹温暖的底色，成为记忆中最甜蜜的味道

阳光正好，孩子们来到户外操场，开始了期待已久的户外活动。操场上，滑梯、秋千、攀爬架等设施一应俱全。孩子们像欢快的小鸟，迫不及待地奔向自己喜欢的项目。有的孩子在滑梯上尖叫着滑下，体验风驰电掣的快感；有的孩子在秋千上荡来荡去，感受飞翔的乐趣；还有的孩子和老师一起玩吹泡泡。

老师时刻关注着孩子们的安全，不时提醒他们注意规则，鼓励胆小的孩子勇敢尝试。在运动中，孩子们尽情释放着活力，锻炼了身体的协调性和灵活性，也学会了与同伴合作，收获了满满的快乐。

午餐时间到了。老师们将香喷喷的米饭、可口的菜肴和鲜美的汤一一端上餐桌，耐心地教孩子们使用餐具，鼓励他们独立用餐。“宝贝，多吃点蔬菜，身体才能长得棒棒的！” 在老师的引导下，孩子们吃得津津有味。用餐结束后，孩子们主动将餐具放到指定位置，在老师的帮助下漱口、擦嘴，养成良好的卫生习惯。

午睡时间来临。教室里变得安静下来，柔和的灯光营造出温馨的睡眠氛围。孩子们换上舒适的睡衣，躺在小床上，老师轻轻为他们拉上窗帘，播放舒缓的轻音乐，坐在床边，轻声讲述着睡前故事。不一会儿，孩子们便进入了甜甜的梦乡。孩子们睡着后，老师们就会在教室里轻轻走动，不时为踢被子的孩子盖好被子，守护着孩子们的睡眠。

孩子们陆续醒来，在老师的帮助下整理好衣物，洗漱完毕后，享用美味的点心。

在自由活动和区域探索时间。孩子们可以选择自己感兴趣的区域，如建构区、角色扮演区、科学区等。在建构区，孩子们用积木搭建出各种生活中的物体造型；在角色扮演区，他们化身小厨师、小医生、小司机，体验不同的职业角色；在科学区，简单有趣的小实验激发着孩子们的好奇心和探索欲。

户外奔跑活动，每一次奔跑都在增强宝宝的心肺功能；每一次触摸自然，都在丰富感官体验；每一次与同伴的互动，都在构建社交能力。户外活动不仅能促进骨骼发育、预防近视，更重要的是，让宝宝在真实的环境中学会观察、思考与解决问题。通过在草地上摔倒后爬起，在游戏中轮流等待，让孩子们在这些不经意的瞬间，抓住未来人生的通关密码。

晚餐时光悄然拉开帷幕。这份傍晚的餐食，不仅是补充能量的营养来源，更是养成饮食习惯、传递温暖与关爱的重要时刻。从科学搭配的膳食结构，到充满仪式感的用餐环节，幼儿园的晚餐承载着对孩子健康成长的悉心呵护。

家长们陆续来到托育园接孩子。老师们细心地向家长反馈孩子们的一天，分享孩子的进步和趣事。孩子们兴奋地拉着家长的手，迫不及待地展现自己的成长，讲述自己的快乐经历。“妈妈，今天我画了一幅画，老师夸我画得好！”“爸爸，我和小朋友一起玩游戏，可开心啦！”

在欢声笑语中，孩子们与老师、小伙伴们挥手告别，结束了充实而快乐的一天。此时的托育园渐渐安静下来，老师们开始整理教室、消毒玩具和餐具，为第二天的工作做好准备。

The teachers, dressed neatly and full of energy, stand at the entrance with bright smiles, welcoming each child. “Good morning!” they say gently, as some children run joyfully into the teacher’s arms, while others cling to their parents with teary eyes. Teachers kneel down to offer warm hugs and calm voices, gently soothing any unease before guiding the children into the school.

After a second morning health check, children use the restroom and wash their hands, guided by teachers through the “seven-step handwashing method.” They then dry their hands independently with tissues.

In the classroom, soft classical music plays as the children take their seats. Teachers serve meals in an orderly manner. Some children concentrate hard on scooping porridge with a spoon, trying not to spill a grain; others try using both hands together, eyes filled with focus. When they need help, they raise a finger to signal, and the teacher gently kneels beside them and whispers, “Would you like me to help?”

Morning Circle Time feels like a magical ritual that quietly awakens curiosity and the desire to explore. It’s an interactive, student-centered time where children sit in a circle to share thoughts, practice English greetings, discuss the weather, absent classmates, or class projects. Teachers use questioning and documentation to guide rich dialogue.

Activities usually begin with a cheerful greeting song in English. Teachers use weather cards to help children observe outside and practice phrases like “Today is sunny, isn’t it?” This daily circle reflects a key truth in education: it’s not about filling children with knowledge, but nurturing their growth through rhythm, warmth, and engagement. Morning Circle seamlessly builds a foundation in language, social skills, and self-awareness.

As part of our holistic education, specialty courses such as kayaking, tennis, golf, and music offer unique platforms for children to develop their physical abilities and artistic expression. These sessions not only entertain but cultivate individual strengths and confidence, supporting whole-child development through joyful exploration.

It’s snack time! Our international teachers introduce the treats in English: “Today’s snack is…” Children learn independence, discipline, and the joy of sharing. Each sweet bite and warm exchange colors their childhood memories with kindness and flavour.

Teachers closely supervise to ensure safety while encouraging cautious children to try new things. These activities improve coordination, flexibility, and teamwork—all wrapped in pure happiness.

The aroma from the kitchen signals lunchtime. Nutritious meals are ready and carefully served. Teachers guide children to use utensils and encourage independent eating. “Eat more veggies so you can grow big and strong!” After lunch, children clear their own dishes, rinse their mouths, and wipe their faces, gradually forming good hygiene habits.

The lights dim, and the atmosphere softens as nap time begins. Children change into cozy pajamas and lie in their small beds. Teachers close the curtains, play calming music, and quietly tell bedtime stories until each child drifts into sweet dreams. During the nap, teachers gently move through the classroom, covering children who’ve kicked off their blankets, watching over their peaceful rest.

As the children awaken, teachers help them freshen up and change clothes. A delicious afternoon snack awaits, re-energizing them for the rest of the day.

It’s time for free play and exploration! Children choose from areas like the construction zone, pretend play, or science corner. In the construction area, they build real-world objects with blocks. In roleplay, they become chefs, doctors, or drivers. In the science corner, hands-on experiments spark curiosity and discovery. Learning happens naturally through joyful exploration.

Outdoor running strengthens heart and lung health. Nature-based interaction sharpens the senses and builds social skills. Whether it's taking turns on the slide or getting back up after a fall, each moment is a quiet lesson in resilience, cooperation, and real-world problem-solving.

Dinner time begins quietly. More than just a nutritious meal, it’s a chance to build healthy habits and feel cared for. Thoughtfully designed meals and mealtime rituals nurture both body and soul.

Parents arrive to pick up their children. Teachers warmly share updates on the child’s day—milestones, funny moments, or new achievements. “Mom, I drew a picture today, and my teacher said it was beautiful!” “Dad, I played a game with my friends. It was so fun!” 

With cheerful goodbyes, children wave to teachers and friends, ending a day filled with laughter and learning. As the nursery quiets down, teachers tidy up the classrooms, disinfect toys and utensils, and prepare everything for tomorrow.
