铸魂育人守初心，共话教育新未来——民进长沙市委会“学会史、守初心”教育论坛在彼一米圆满举办 I Education Forum

2025年9月12日下午，民进长沙市委会“学会史、守初心”书香民进读书会暨第三届教育论坛在长沙彼一米森林学校剧场隆重举行。论坛以“铸魂育人守初心，弘扬教育家精神”为主题，民进湖南省委会副主委、湖南师范大学副校长潘安练，中共长沙市委统战部分管日常工作的副部长黄阳，长沙市教育局副局长谢小红，民进湖南省委会副主委、长沙市人大常委会副主任、民进长沙市委会主委李平，民进长沙市委会专职副主委李素娥等领导出席，民进长沙市委会内中小学校长、副校长，各工委教师代表及机关干部等80余人参加，共同探讨新时代背景下的教育家精神、教育使命与创新实践。

民进会员天心区工委委员、彼一米创始人向姗姗女士作为东道主致欢迎辞。“若我是渴望归乡的种子，那民进就是那片最适合扎根的土壤，”——她以这样一个动人的比喻，深情回顾了自己的教育初心。从负笈英伦十余载亲历中西教育碰撞，到成为母亲后坚定“为下一代创办国际化未来学校”的信念，她的理想在回归家乡长沙后，于民进这片“沃土”的滋养下逐步生根发芽。五年来，彼一米从湘府校区起步，已逐步建成托育幼儿园至小初高一贯制的国际化教育体系，并于今年创下首届高中生100%被世界前十名校录取的佳绩，成为湖南必威Betway中文版的一张亮丽名片。向姗姗在发言中特别提到，彼一米的成长不仅是对教育初心的践行，更是对长沙市“强省会”战略和全球研发中心城市建设的积极响应，学校为高端人才、外籍专家、重点企业高管子女提供优质教育服务，有效提升了长沙的人才吸引力和国际化水平。此外，彼一米也积极履行社会责任，通过参与灾害救援、关爱重症孤儿等公益行动，展现了教育者的温度与担当。 

民进长沙市委会主委李平在活动致辞中向教育工作者致以教师节问候。她指出，今年是民进成立80周年，作为以教育为主界别的参政党，民进始终心系教育，创始人马叙伦、周建人等均为杰出教育家，其崇高风范与“为党育人、为国育才”的初心，是民进的宝贵精神财富。她提及习近平总书记2023年教师节阐释的中国特有教育家精神（包含六大维度），表示本届论坛主题既是传承民进先辈传统，也是响应国家“教育家精神铸魂强师行动”，希望教育界会员践行教育家精神，做新时代的“大先生”，为推进教育强国建设作出自己的贡献。

论坛特邀长沙市长郡中学与麓山国际实验学校原校长李素洁作为主讲嘉宾，她以《校长领导力》为题分享治校办学经验，解码校长领导力的核心要义，梳理其类型，并从六大维度拆解实践路径，强调校长领导力需转化为学校文化力。随后，四位嘉宾围绕论坛主题进行分享。

彼一米理事会副主席、升学指导中心总监黄宜平以《必威Betway中文版观：培养与世界接轨的人才》为题，系统阐述彼一米的必威Betway中文版理念与特色。她开篇打破误区：“必威Betway中文版从不是公立教育的‘避风港’，而是以未来为导向，为人才提供多元发展路径的‘补充与融合’。”她指出，必威Betway中文版并非简单的“出国留学”，而是通过全人教育、跨学科学习、过程性评价等方式，培养具备全球胜任力、家国情怀与创新能力的未来人才。黄宜平强调，彼一米始终坚持“根植中国，面向世界”，在融合中西教育精髓的基础上，为学生提供多元成长路径，助力他们成为“连接中国与世界的桥梁”。

长沙市一中双语实验中学副校长蒋玲丽、长沙市湘军高级中学校长刘耿、芙蓉区曙光路小学副校长吴京瑾分别结合各自实践，分享了办学理念与思考。

论坛尾声，中共长沙市委统战部分管日常工作的副部长黄阳、民进湖南省委会副主委、湖南师范大学副校长潘安练先后发言，对论坛成果给予肯定并提出期望。黄阳副部长祝贺论坛成功举办，提及当天是雷杰琼先生诞辰120周年，回顾其革命历程，肯定民进推动教育发展的贡献。他用“主题好、形式好、效果好”评价论坛，并提出三点建议：凝聚共识、深化武装；发挥优势助力教育强市；加强自身建设、建言献策促高质量发展。

潘安练副主委以科技工作者身份发言，称聆听教育界分享深受启发，强调基础教育对个人成长与国家科技发展的重要性，并向中小学教师致敬。他高度评价此次论坛，认为论坛将会史教育与教育论坛有机结合，既体现了优良传统的传承，又突出了以教育为主界别的民进人的使命担当。他指出，民进作为以教育为主界别的参政党，有责任也有义务参与到我国“建设教育强国、科教兴国”的伟大教育实践当中。弘扬教育家精神，对于民进教育界会员而言，既需要仰望星空、胸怀梦想，更需要我们脚踏实地、躬身力行。他期望教育界会员以先辈为榜样，市委会深化思想建设、提升履职实效、加强自身建设，办好教育论坛，助力教育强国建设。

此次活动不仅是民进长沙市委会“学会史、守初心”的生动实践，更是长沙教育界同仁凝聚共识、共话未来的盛会。作为承办方及会员单位，彼一米以专业的组织服务、鲜明的教育特色，赢得了与会领导与嘉宾的高度认可。

On the afternoon of September 12, 2025, the "Learning Party History, Upholding Original Aspiration" Scholarly Reading Session and the 3rd Education Forum of Changsha Municipal Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy (CAPD) were grandly held at the theater of Changsha BeeMee Forest School, a member unit of CAPD. With the theme of "Forging Souls and Nurturing People with Original Aspiration, Carrying Forward the Spirit of Educators", the forum was attended by leaders including Pan Anlian, Vice Chairman of Hunan Provincial Committee of CAPD and Vice President of Hunan Normal University; Huang Yang, Executive Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Communist Party of China Changsha Municipal Committee; Xie Xiaohong, Vice Director of Changsha Municipal Bureau of Education; Li Ping, Vice Chairman of Hunan Provincial Committee of CAPD, Deputy Director of Changsha Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee and Chairman of Changsha Municipal Committee of CAPD; and Li Su'e, Full-time Vice Chairman of Changsha Municipal Committee of CAPD. More than 80 participants, including principals and vice principals of primary and secondary schools within Changsha Municipal Committee of CAPD, teacher representatives from various working committees and government officials, gathered to discuss the spirit of educators, educational missions and innovative practices in the context of the new era. 

Ms. Xiang Shanshan, member of Tianxin District Working Committee of CAPD and founder of BeeMee, delivered a welcome speech as the host. " If I were a seed yearning to return home, then CAPD would be the most fertile soil for me to take root," she said, using this touching metaphor to affectionately review her original aspiration for education. From studying in the UK for more than ten years and experiencing the interaction between Chinese and Western style education, to firmly believing in "establishing an international school for the next generation" after becoming a mother, her ideal gradually took root and sprouted under the nourishment of CAPD, the "fertile soil", after returning to her hometown Changsha. Over the past five years, starting from the Xiangfu Campus, BeeMee has gradually built an international education system including nursery, kindergarten, primary, junior high and senior high school. This year, it achieved the excellent result that 100% of the first batch of senior high school graduates were admitted to the world's top 10 universities, becoming a brilliant representation of international education in Hunan. In her speech, Xiang Shanshan particularly mentioned that the growth of BeeMee is not only the result of the original aspiration for education, but also a positive response to Changsha's "strengthening the provincial capital" strategy and the construction of a global R&D center city. The school provides high-quality educational services for the children of high-end talents, foreign experts and executives of key enterprises, effectively enhancing Changsha's talent attraction and internationalization level. In addition, BeeMee also actively fulfills its social responsibilities, demonstrating the warmth and responsibility of educators through participating in disaster relief, caring for critically ill orphans and other public welfare activities. 

Li Ping, Chairman of Changsha Municipal Committee of CAPD, extended Teachers' Day greetings to educators in her speech. She pointed out that this year marks the 80th anniversary of the founding of CAPD. As a participating political party with education as its main field, CAPD has always cared about education. Its founders, such as Ma Xulun and Zhou Jianren, were outstanding educators. Their noble demeanor and the original aspiration of "cultivating people for the Party and nurturing talents for the country" are the precious spiritual wealth of CAPD. She mentioned the unique spirit of educators in China (including six dimensions) expounded by General Secretary Xi Jinping on Teachers' Day in 2023, stating that the theme of this forum is not only the inheritance of the traditions of CAPD's predecessors, but also a response to the national "Action to Strengthen Teachers by Forging Souls with the Spirit of Educators". She hoped that member educators would practice the spirit of educators, be "great teachers" in the new era, and contribute to the construction of a strong education country. 

The forum invited Li Sujie, former principal of Changjun Middle School and Lushan International Experimental School in Changsha, as the keynote speaker. She shared her experience in school management under the topic Principal Leadership, decoded the core essence of principal leadership, sorted out its types, broke down the practical paths from six dimensions, and emphasized that principal leadership needs to be transformed into the cultural strength of the school. Subsequently, four guests shared their views around the forum theme. 

Huang Yiping, Vice Chairman of BeeMee Council and Director of the University Application Guidance Center, systematically expounded BeeMee's international education philosophy and characteristics with the topic "International Education Outlook: Cultivating Talents Connected with the World". She started off her speech with a clear statement: "International education is never a 'safe haven' for public education, but a 'supplement and integration' that is future-oriented and provides diverse development paths for talents." She pointed out that international education is not simply "studying abroad", but cultivating future talents with global competence, national feelings and innovative ability through holistic education, interdisciplinary learning, process evaluation and other methods. Huang Yiping emphasized that BeeMee has always adhered to "taking root in China and facing the world". While integrating the essence of Chinese and Western education, it provides diverse growth paths for students, helping them become "bridges connecting China and the world". 

Jiang Lingli, Vice Principal of Bilingual Experimental Middle School Affiliated to Changsha No.1 Middle School; Liu Geng, Principal of Changsha Xiangjun Senior High School; and Wu Jingjin, Vice Principal of Shuguang Road Primary School in Furong District, shared their school-running concepts and thoughts based on their respective practices. 

At the end of the forum, Huang Yang, Executive Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Communist Party of China Changsha Municipal Committee, and Pan Anlian, Vice Chairman of Hunan Provincial Committee of CAPD and Vice President of Hunan Normal University, delivered speeches successively, affirming the achievements of the forum and putting forward expectations. Minister Huang Yang congratulated the forum on its successful holding. He mentioned that it was the 120th anniversary of the birth of Ms. Lei Jieqiong that day, reviewed her revolutionary journey, and affirmed CAPD's contribution to promoting educational development. He commented on the forum with "good theme, good form and good effect", and put forward three suggestions: uniting efforts and deepening ideological armament; giving way forward to assist the construction of a strong education city; and strengthening self-construction, offering suggestions to promote high-quality development. 

Vice President Pan Anlian delivered a speech as a scientific and technological worker. He said that he was deeply inspired by listening to the sharing of educators, emphasized the importance of basic education to personal growth and national scientific and technological development, and paid tribute to primary and secondary school teachers. He highly praised the forum, believing that it organically combined the study of the Party history with the education forum, which not only reflected the inheritance of fine traditions, but also highlighted the mission and responsibility of CAPD members with education as their main field. He pointed out that as a participating political party with education as its main field, CAPD has the responsibility and obligation to participate in the great educational practice of "building a country with strong education and rejuvenation of the country through science and education" in China. For CAPD member educators, carrying forward the spirit of educators requires not only looking up at the stars and having dreams, but also being down-to-earth and working hard. He hoped that member educators would take predecessors as examples, the municipal committee would deepen ideological construction, improve the effectiveness of performance of duties, strengthen self-construction, run the education forum well, and contribute to the construction of a strong education country. 

This event is not only a vivid practice of "learning the Party history and upholding the original aspiration" by Changsha Municipal Committee of CAPD, but also a grand gathering for colleagues in Changsha's education sector to unite consensus and discuss the future. As the organizer and a member unit of CAPD, BeeMee has received high recognition from the participating leaders and guests for its professional organizational services and distinctive educational characteristics. 

In the future, BeeMee will continue to take "integrating the essence of Chinese and Western education and cultivating future talents with holistic literacy, international vision and Chinese mission" as its goal, deepen international education, build more high-quality exchange platforms, and work with colleagues in Changsha's education sector to uphold the original aspiration of education, undertake the mission of nurturing people, and put more energy into promoting Changsha's construction of a global R&D center city and the realization of high-quality educational development!
