市委组织部调研湘江新区国际人才社区建设，莅临彼一米调研考察国际化教育配套工作 I BeeMee News

9月3日下午，长沙市委组织部副部长、市委人才办常务副主任傅永超率队调研尖山湖国际人才社区建设情况，首站莅临彼一米森林学校开展实地考察，重点了解学校在国际化教育服务等方面的实践成果。湘杉教育总裁、彼一米理事会主席向姗姗女士全程陪同并汇报办学成果。

调研组一行深入校园，实地察看教学环境、课程设置与设施建设，详细了解了彼一米的国际化教育体系。向姗姗女士就学校办学理念、师资团队、课程创新及人才培养成果等方面作了全面汇报。

作为湘江新区2020年从北京朝阳区引进的总部经济教育项目，彼一米自落地以来，始终以 “打造真正意义上的国际化未来学校” 为目标，构建起覆盖1-18岁托育、幼儿园至高中（K15）的全学段一体化双语教育体系。调研中，湘杉教育创始人向姗姗向傅永超副部长一行详细汇报了彼一米发展历程：累计投入近3亿元布局四大校区，从彼一米森林托育学院（1-3岁）、彼一米森林儿童学院湘府校区（1-6岁）、彼一米森林儿童学院西湖校区（3-6岁），再到彼一米森林学校（6-18岁），彼一米已成为湖南湘江新区范围内唯一可提供“一站式国际化教育解决方案”的学校，累计服务近500名学生及家庭。

傅永超副部长特别关注彼一米在服务国际人才方面的具体成效。当获悉彼一米不仅办学成效显著——首届高中毕业生全部被全球排名前十的顶尖大学录取，切实解决了各类人才的国际化教育需求，同时积极主动承担德国利勃海尔等重点引进项目必威Betway中文版服务任务时，他对学校办学成果表示高度肯定，称赞彼一米是 “湘江新区留住国际人才的教育基石”。

向姗姗女士表示，彼一米将继续秉持“融合中西，全人培育”的教育理念，聚焦人工智能时代下的核心素养教育，持续优化课程体系与服务能力，进一步配合湘江新区做好国际人才引进与服务工作，助力长沙打造“引得来、留得住、发展好”的国际人才高地。

On the afternoon of September 3rd, Fu Yongchao, Vice Minister of the Organization Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Municipal Talent Work Office, led a team to conduct a research visit to the Jianshanhu International Talent Community. The first stop was an on-site visit to BeeMee Forest School, with a focus on exploring the school's practical achievements in international education services and related areas. Ms. Xiang Shanshan, President of Xiangshan Education and Chairwoman of BeeMee Council, accompanied the team throughout the visit and presented a report on the school’s achievements.

The research team conducted an in-depth on-site inspection of the campus, including the teaching environment, curriculum design, and facilities, gaining a detailed understanding of BeeMee's international education system. Ms. Xiang Shanshan provided a comprehensive overview of the school's educational philosophy, faculty team, curriculum innovation, and achievements in talent development. 

As a headquarters economy educational project introduced to Xiangjiang New Area from Chaoyang District, Beijing in 2020, BeeMee has since its inception aimed to 'build a truly international future school' establishing an integrated bilingual education system spanning all stages from nusery and kindergarten to senior high school (K15), serving students aged 1 to 18. During the research, Xiang Shanshan, founder of Xiangshan Education, gave a detailed report on BeeMee's development history to Vice Minister Fu Yongchao and his team: With a total investment of nearly 300 million yuan in the layout of four campuses, from BeeMee Forest Nusery Academy (ages 1-3), BeeMee Forest Academy Xiangfu Campus (ages 1-6), BeeMee Forest Academy Xihu Campus (ages 3-6) to BeeMee Forest School (ages 6-18), BeeMee has become the only school in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area that can provide 'one-stop international education solutions', having served nearly 500 students and their families in total. 

Vice Minister Fu Yongchao paid particular attention to BeeMee's tangible achievements in serving international talents. Upon learning that BeeMee not only boasts impressive academic outcomes - with all members of its inaugural graduating class admitted to world top 10 universities - thereby effectively addressing the international education needs of diverse talents, but also actively undertakes international education service responsibilities for key introduced projects such as Germany's Liebherr, he highly commended the school's accomplishments and praised BeeMee as 'the educational cornerstone for Xiangjiang New Area in retaining international talent.

Ms. Xiang Shanshan affirmed that BeeMee will continue to uphold its educational philosophy of 'integrating Chinese and Western cultures to cultivate well-rounded individuals,' focusing on core competencies education in the era of artificial intelligence. The school will continuously optimize its curriculum and service capabilities and further collaborate with Xiangjiang New Area to enhance the introduction and support of international talents, thereby helping Changsha build a premier international talent hub that 'attracts, retains, and fosters the growth of talent'.
