李悠同学聚焦ICT(资讯及通讯科技)科的学习做出了分享。她指出ICT的学习强调理论与实践结合,同学们可借助课程大纲和AI工具搭建框架,结合课本填充细节,让知识形成关联网络。实践中,要重视伪代码训练,培养分步解决问题的思维;同时要珍惜上机机会,亲手编码测试,参考学长案例规范格式,代码出现问题可借助AI工具调试。

崔可茵同学从文科学习视角,细致分享了中国语文科与旅游款待科的应试策略。
旅游与款待科需兼顾知识体系化与答题精准性,梳理知识按星级优先级推进,先抓5星核心考点,再补充选择题常考细节。对高频错点单独摘抄,做题后对比标准答案,提升答案的全面性与精准度。
中文科高分关键在答题逻辑、写作层次与语言质感,需兼顾基础题与作文。基础题要学会提取关键词,关注答案结构分层与术语使用并修正表达。小作文按“背景引入→分点回应→总结号召”结构,用范文高频表达增强说服力;大作文讲究起承转合,升华段提升格调,开头结尾用“场景触发回忆→收束”模板增强画面感。

周承霖同学则通过线上的方式为2026届学子带来了英文科提分攻略。

At the sharing session, Grace, the college counseling teacher, first gave a special lecture on DSE registration and university applications for the class of 2026. In the most anticipated session of the event, “DSE High Score Strategies,” three outstanding graduates shared their personal exam preparation experiences and imparted valuable learning tips to the incoming class of 2026, offering a wealth of practical advice.

Li shared her insights on studying ICT (Information and Communication Technology). She pointed out that ICT learning emphasizes the integration of theory and practice. Students can use the course outline and AI tools to build a framework, then fill in the details using textbooks to form a network of knowledge. In practice, it is important to focus on pseudocode training to cultivate step-by-step problem-solving thinking. At the same time, students should cherish opportunities to use computers, write code and test it themselves, refer to senior students' cases for formatting standards, and use AI tools to debug code when problems arise.

Cui shared detailed insights into exam strategies for Chinese Language and Tourism and Hospitality from a liberal arts perspective.
The Tourism and Hospitality subject requires a balance between systematic knowledge and precise answering. Organize knowledge according to star-rated priority, focusing first on the 5-star core exam points, then supplementing with frequently tested details from multiple-choice questions. Separately copy frequently missed points, compare answers with the standard answers after completing the questions, and improve the comprehensiveness and accuracy of answers.
The key to high scores in Chinese lies in answering logic, writing structure, and language quality, requiring a balance between basic questions and essays. For basic questions, learn to extract keywords, pay attention to answer structure and terminology usage, and refine expressions. For short essays, follow the structure of “background introduction → point-by-point response → summary and call to action,” using high-frequency expressions from model essays to enhance persuasiveness. For long essays, emphasize the flow of the essay, elevate the tone in the concluding paragraph, and use the “scene-triggered recollection → conclusion” template in the opening and closing to enhance visual imagery.

Zhou Chenglin shared his tips for improving English scores with the students of 2026 online.
He said that to go from a 3 to a 4 in English, you need to keep building your vocab and do targeted practice. When doing exercises, focus on words that often come up in the DSE and understand how they're used in context. To improve in each of the four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), students should practice past exam questions under timed conditions daily, analyze common mistake patterns, and build up a repertoire of synonym substitutions. For writing tasks, students should memorize the required formats and structures, and emulate the transition words used in model essays. For those planning to study at universities in Hong Kong, it is also crucial to strengthen English reading skills before the exam to adapt to university-level English environments such as emails and academic articles, laying the groundwork for future studies.

In addition to academic skills, the three graduates also offered many practical suggestions on exam preparation mindset and emotional regulation. They mentioned that during exam preparation, it is important to learn to accept negative emotions. When encountering a low point, one can regulate their emotions in a timely manner through activities such as taking a walk, listening to music, or talking to friends for encouragement, to avoid excessive internal conflict.
