报到时间：

8月29日上午8:30（学校东门入校）

报道流程：

• 打卡拍照（上午8:30—9:00）

• 完成报到手续——提交资料（上午8:30—9:00）

• 学生及家长前往小剧场参加新一年级教师见面会（上午9:00） 

• 领取新书和新生三方面谈（上午10:10—12:00; 1:00—3:30）。具体通知将于8月23日通过学校校宝发送，8月25日将正式开放与班主任们的会谈预约通道，请家长们注意查收校宝通知

报到地点：

• 体检表（一并提交健康调查问卷） ；

• 疫苗预防接种查验证明（社区医院办理即可）；

• 户口本复印件(户口本主页地址页、学生本人户口页、监护人户口页——含父母双方）、双方父母电话可填写在户口页上（仅限新生）；

• 学生转学申请单（仅限插班生）； 

• 非大陆籍学生提供有效证件、签证复印件； 

• 学生及家长的电子照片。

• 按照报到时间地点，穿着校服(夏季正装)到校报到；

• 夏季正装：短袖白色衬衫，女生灰色裙子、男生灰色短裤，注意佩戴领带，黑色皮鞋。如因衣服尺寸不合身来不及更换，可着相近得体服装（未剪标可自行在大卫卢克公众号退换）；

• 家长送学生到学校东校门，可停车至指定地点，由东门进入；

• 所有资料交至东门报到处。如有过敏史，请填写过敏注意事项单；

• 按照校宝预约与班主任们会谈，具体预约指南23日请注意查收校宝通知。

• 报到当天，将有照片直播，大家自愿在校门口合影墙前合影留念； 

• 校服购买：全套校服请提前在大卫卢克微信公众号上购买； 

• 其它小建议：请提前准备好学习用具，（一、二年级）铅笔、橡皮、5个文件袋、水杯、水彩笔；（三至六年级）黑蓝红三支中性笔、5个文件袋、水杯、水彩笔。所有个人物品请做好标记。

开学报到当天：

• 家长送学生到学校东校门，可停车至指定地点，由东门进入；

• 作业交至班主任处。

其它事项：

• 报到当天，将有照片直播，大家自愿在校门口合影墙前合影留念； 

• 校服购买：校服丢失或尺码变更需增购，请提前在大卫卢克微信公众号上购买；

Registration Time:

Registration Process:

• Photo shoot (1:00-1:10pm) 

• Complete check-in procedures - submit all needed documents (1:10-1:20pm) 

• Students go homeroom to meet homeroom teachers(1:30pm)

• All transfer students orientation meeting (1:30pm-3:30pm); meet homeroom teachers as scheduled in SchoolPal, please check SchoolPal notice on 23rd, Aug

Registration Venue:

East Gate of Changsha BeeMee Forest School, No. 329 Yinpen South Road, Yuelu District, Changsha City

• Physical examination form (students health profile) .

• Vaccination records and verification (community hospitals can be handled).

• A copy of the account book (the address page of the main page of the account book, the student's own account page, the guardian's account page - including both parents), both parents' phone numbers can be filled in on the account page. (for new students only). 

• Application form for student transfer (for intermediate students only). 

• Non-mainland students provide copies of valid documents and visas. 

• Electronic photographs of the student and parents.

• Report to the school in your school uniform (summer dress) at the time and place you report to school. 

• Summer dress: short-sleeved white shirts, gray skirts for girls, gray shorts for boys, a tie, and black shoes; if it is too late to change the clothes because they are not the right size, you can wear similar clothes (you can return or exchange them at the public number of David Luke if you have not cut the labels). 

• Parents who drop off their students at the east gate of the school may park at the designated spot and enter through the east gate. 

• All information will be handed in to school’s admission department. If there is a history of allergy, please fill in the Allergy Note Sheet. 

• Meet homeroom teachers as scheduled in SchoolPal, please check SchoolPal notice on 23rd, Aug.

• On the day of check-in, there will be a live photo broadcast, and everyone will voluntarily take a group photo in front of the group photo wall at the school entrance.

• School uniform purchase: full set of school uniforms please purchase in advance on David Luke's WeChat public number.

• Other tips: please prepare your study utensils in advance, (1st and 2nd grades) pencils, erasers, 5 file bags, water bottles, color markers; (3rd-6th grades) black, blue and red pens, 5 file bags, water bottles, color markers. Please label all personal items.

• Parents who send their students to the east gate of the school may park at the designated place and enter through the east gate. 

• Homework is to be handed in to the homeroom teacher.
