As the late summer breeze heralded the arrival of a new academic year, Sias International School officially kicked off its 2025–26 All Staff Training on August 7, 2025. This training was not only a journey of professional growth, but also a heartfelt exchange among all staff. From reaffirming our educational mission to refining operational details, from fostering team cohesion to inspiring personal growth, this “journey of recharge” offered both depth and warmth—guiding every Sias IS member to find clarity in exchange and strength in shared resonance.

校长致辞：锚定方向，共赴新程

培训伊始，校长以“使命与愿景”为起点，回溯学校深耕必威Betway中文版的初心——我们不仅是知识的传递者，更是跨文化理解的桥梁、学生成长的守护者。随后，校长复盘了2024-2025学年行动计划执行成果：从课程体系优化到校园设施升级，从学生综合素质提升到家校协同创新，每一项突破都凝聚着团队的智慧与汗水。

Head of School’s Address: Setting the Course, Embarking on a New Journey

The training began with the Head of School highlighting our “Mission and Vision,” reflecting on our enduring commitment to international education. We are not merely conveyors of knowledge, but also bridges of cross-cultural understanding and guardians of student growth. The Head of School reviewed the achievements of the 2024–25 school year—from curriculum enhancement to campus facility upgrades, from improving students’ holistic development to innovating in home–school collaboration—each milestone the result of collective wisdom and dedication.

校长特别强调，西亚斯外籍学校的每一份子都是“教育共同体”的重要一员，鼓励大家在新学年制定清晰的个人目标，与学校同频共振。现场更特别安排了新员工介绍环节，一张张鲜活的面孔带来新的活力，而“关系处理”的分享则为团队协作注入润滑剂——无论是师生、同事还是家校之间，尊重与沟通都是最好的纽带。

The Head of School stressed that every member of Sias International School is an integral part of our “educational community” and encouraged everyone to set clear personal goals that align with the school’s direction. A special introduction session for new staff brought fresh energy to the team, while a presentation on “Relationship Building” served as an essential ingredient for teamwork—reminding us that whether with students, colleagues, or parents, respect and communication are the strongest bonds.

In the following “Standards and Practices” segment, we focused on in-depth discussions in key areas:

Child Protection Policy & Code of Conduct: Reaffirming “Safety First” as our bottom line, with clear responsibilities and behavioral boundaries for every educator.

Operational Procedures Training: Providing a thorough review of teaching support, campus management, and other key processes to ensure efficient collaboration.

时光慢递：大家在“时光胶囊”中写下新学年的期待和目标，约定年底回望时，一起分享成长与收获；

温暖盲盒：我们将真挚的祝福与温暖的鼓励装进信封，在未来的日子里随机传递。这份不期而遇的温暖，将成为忙碌工作中的一份惊喜，在需要的时刻给予彼此力量与支持；

财务制度讲解：为日常工作的报销提供清晰指引，确保每个细节都落实到位。

午餐环节：学校为大家精心准备了丰盛的餐点，得到了大家的一致好评，大家在美味中补充能量，为下午的学习做好准备。

Time Capsule: Staff wrote down their hopes and goals for the new academic year, to be revisited at year’s end as a moment of reflection and celebration.

Warmth Envelopes: Heartfelt blessings and words of encouragement sealed in envelopes to be shared unexpectedly, offering timely support in the busy months ahead.

Finance Policy Briefing: Offering clear guidance on reimbursement procedures to ensure every detail is implemented smoothly.

Lunch Break: the school prepared a sumptuous meal that received unanimous praise. This provided the perfect opportunity to recharge for the afternoon sessions.

午后的培训专为运营团队量身定制，聚焦“专业赋能”与“安全守护”：

The afternoon training was tailored for the operations team, focusing on “Professional Empowerment” and “Campus Safety”:

Safety Training: Using simulations to analyze campus emergency responses and facility maintenance, ensuring every member upholds the highest safety standards.

Office Skills Sharing: Covering efficient software usage and document management to enhance overall productivity.
