亲爱的老师、同学们：

大家好！在这次开学典礼发言之前，请允许我代表新哲教育集团、深圳新哲文院，向新加入新哲文院的同学们表示热烈的欢迎！同时，也向经历了一个假期、开阔了眼界且收获满满的老生们，欢迎你们归队！还要向一直支持新哲工作、支持老师们工作的家长们，致以衷心的感谢。

老师同学们，一所学校的办学质量高低，取决于你们的成长。而你们的成长，又源于对自己设定的目标以及为实现目标所付出的努力。所以今天的开学典礼，我想以“设定自己的目标，为实现目标时刻准备”为主题，和大家做些交流。

目标的设定，往往源于对自身客观现实的认知，以及对未来的美好愿望。我们会较多地思考当下的认知，考虑自身的学习、家庭情况与未来的发展是否能支撑自己实现理想。但我们往往较少思考这样一个现实：我们生长在伟大的中国。中国近代历经百年耻辱，经过几代人的不懈努力，凭借四十多年的改革开放，如今已成为在传承传统美德基础上，更具创新意识、更加务实、更具活力、更有竞争力的伟大国家。2035年，将是我们国家发展史上的重要节点，届时中国将成为世界强国。

2035年距今还有十年，同学们，十年之后，正是我们学业有成、灼灼其华的年纪，不仅是年龄上的成熟，更是我们的才学、能力与价值得以最佳体现的时期。一个强大的国家能为我们提供保障，同时也能更好地加持我们个人的价值，我们为生在这样伟大的国家而感到骄傲。那么，我们在树立理想的时候，是否应该考虑到国家的需求？

同学们，我们面临的第二个现实是，我们生活在深圳。深圳是我国改革开放的前沿阵地，这座城市充满活力与竞争，做事追求卓越，这种城市精神感染着、浸润着每一个生活在深圳的人，也让我们拥有了源源不断、生生不息的向上力量。当这种城市精神融入我们的血液，我们所做的就不仅仅是完成学业，更能为自己一生的价值增添光彩。

同学们，今天我们选择了新哲文院。新哲文院成立已近15年，2025-2026学年将迈入第15个年头。这15年来，凭借扎实的学术根基、老师们的不懈努力以及丰硕的办学成果——一届届毕业生带着新哲的理念与学识，走进理想的学校，走向更广阔的天地，我们向社会、向大湾区证明了，新哲文院是一所有特色、有实力、有话语权、有影响力，且永远不会停止前进脚步的学校。

这所学校不会满足于当下的成绩，而是立志成为大湾区的标杆学校。这是一所有志向、善反思、肯努力、勤思考的学校，在这样的学校里学习，我们能相互成就。祖国的强大、城市赋予我们的精神内涵，以及学校给予我们的学识滋养，这些是不是都应该纳入我们设定目标时的考量？

为了让同学们更好地设定目标、实现目标，为实现目标做好准备，新学期，新哲文院在结构架构、管理架构、政策制定、学术体系完善、德育智慧化建设以及管理服务优化等方面，都做了针对性调整。目的就是让同学们在这所学校里拥有更多自主选择权，让管理更具人性化、人文化，让大家在良好的学习体验中取得优异成绩，在优异成绩的基础上实现素质的全面发展。

老师们提前三周回到学校，通过严格的自主培训与集中学习，力求给同学们带来全新的面貌和体验。同学们，学校和老师都已为新学期你们的成长与努力做好了充足准备。

今天，同学们回到校园，为了实现我们的目标，你们也该时刻准备着。在此，我给大家提三点建议：

第一，要牢记初心，设定理想的核心目标。什么是初心？就是要把对祖国的热爱、对家庭的责任，都融入自己奋斗的目标中。用理想指引现实，用刻苦努力的行动取得实实在在的成就，再用成就回馈祖国与家庭，这就形成了初心、理想、实践、成就相互促进的良性循环，这便是牢记初心。

第二，要坚定信心。有如此强大的祖国作为后盾，有这样优秀的城市精神滋养，身处这样向上的学校，我们一定要坚信：自己是可塑之才，也一定能成才，所有的努力都将助力我们实现理想。我们的自信源于力量，而力量来自于我们在成长过程中，点点滴滴的努力所积累的成功，来自于克服一个又一个困难后所收获的信心。这种力量，将在我们实现目标的过程中，给予我们强大而充足的支撑。

第三，要充满慧心。“慧”是智慧的慧。智慧不仅仅是灵动的想法、新颖的构思，真正的大智慧，是努力，是尊重，是爱。只有通过努力，我们的智慧才有价值；当面对尚未完全解决的事情时，用尊重去化解；当我们在追求理想的过程中遇到挫折，或身边人面临困难时，用爱去理解、去帮助。

希望同学们不忘初心、坚定信心、充满慧心，沿着正确的方向坚定走下去。相信学校、老师、家长都会与你们同行，与你们并肩，给予你们力量，让我们一起为目标时刻准备着！

Hello everyone! Before speaking at this opening ceremony, on behalf of Sendelta Education Group and Sendelta, I would like to extend a warm welcome to the new students joining Sendelta! Also, to the returning students who have broadened their horizons and gained a lot during the vacation, welcome back! I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the parents who have always supported Sendelta and the teachers' work.

Dear teachers and students, the quality of a school depends on your growth. And your growth stems from the goals you set for yourselves and the efforts you make to achieve them. So at today's opening ceremony, I would like to talk to you under the theme of "Set your own goals and be ready to achieve them at all times".

Goal-setting often comes from the cognition of one's own objective reality and good wishes for the future. We will think more about our current cognition and whether our own study, family situation and future development can support us to realize our ideals. But we often rarely think about the fact that we live in the great China. After a century of humiliation in modern times, through the unremitting efforts of several generations and more than 40 years of reform and opening up, China has now become a great country with more innovative consciousness, more pragmatism, more vitality and more competitiveness on the basis of inheriting traditional virtues. 2035 will be an important node in the history of our country's development, when China will become a world power.

It will be ten years from now to 2035. Dear students, in ten years, we will be at the age when we have achieved academic success and are in our prime. It will not only be the maturity in age, but also the best time to show our knowledge, ability and value. A strong country can provide us with protection and better enhance our personal value. We are proud to be born in such a great country. Then, when we set our ideals, should we take the needs of the country into account?

Dear students, the second reality we are facing is that we live in Shenzhen. Shenzhen is a frontier of China's reform and opening up. This city is full of vitality and competition, and pursues excellence in doing things. This urban spirit infects and influences everyone living in Shenzhen, and also gives us a continuous and endless upward force. When this urban spirit flows into our blood, what we do is not only to complete our studies, but also to add luster to the value of our life.

Dear students, today we have chosen Sendelta. Sendelta has been established for nearly 15 years and will enter its 15th year in the 2025-2026 academic year. Over the past 15 years, with solid academic foundation, unremitting efforts of teachers and fruitful school-running achievements - graduates of each session have entered ideal schools and gone to a broader world with Sendelta's ideas and knowledge. We have proved to the society and the Greater Bay Area that Sendelta is a school with characteristics, strength, voice and influence, and will never stop moving forward.

This school will not be satisfied with the current achievements, but aspires to become a benchmark school in the Greater Bay Area. It is a school with ambition, good at reflection, willing to work hard and diligent in thinking. Studying in such a school, we can achieve each other. Shouldn't the strength of our motherland, the spiritual connotation given by the city, and the knowledge nourishment given by the school be taken into account when we set our goals?

In order to help students better set and achieve their goals and prepare for them, Sendelta has made targeted adjustments in the new semester in terms of structure, management structure, policy formulation, improvement of academic system, intelligent construction of moral education and optimization of management services. The purpose is to allow students to have more independent choices in this school, make management more humanized and cultural, enable everyone to achieve excellent results in a good learning experience, and realize all-round development of quality on the basis of excellent results.

Teachers returned to school three weeks in advance and strived to bring new looks and experiences to students through strict independent training and concentrated learning. Dear students, the school and teachers have made full preparations for your growth and efforts in the new semester.

Today, students return to campus. In order to achieve our goals, you should also be ready at all times. Here, I would like to give you three suggestions:

First, keep in mind the original aspiration and set the core goal of the ideal. What is the original aspiration? It is to integrate the love for the motherland and the responsibility for the family into the goal of one's own struggle. Use ideals to guide reality, use hard work to achieve tangible achievements, and then use achievements to repay the motherland and family. This forms a positive cycle in which the original aspiration, ideals, practice and achievements promote each other, which is to keep in mind the original aspiration.

Second, we must strengthen our confidence. With such a strong motherland as the backing, such excellent urban spirit as nourishment, and in such an upward school, we must firmly believe that we are malleable talents and will surely become talents, and all efforts will help us realize our ideals. Our confidence comes from strength, which comes from the success accumulated by our bit by bit efforts in the process of growth and the confidence gained after overcoming difficulties one by one. This power will give us strong and sufficient support in the process of achieving our goals.

Third, we should be full of wisdom. "Hui" refers to wisdom. Wisdom is not only flexible ideas and novel ideas, but also efforts, respect and love. Only through efforts can our wisdom be valuable; when facing things that have not been completely solved, resolve them with respect; when we encounter setbacks in the process of pursuing ideals, or when people around us are in trouble, understand and help with love.

I hope that students will not forget their original aspiration, strengthen their confidence, be full of wisdom, and move forward firmly in the right direction. I believe that the school, teachers and parents will walk with you, stand side by side with you, give you strength, and let's be ready for our goals at all times!
