当孩子化身“小老师”，自信地拉着你的手，向你介绍他的作品、他的思考、他的“小目标”……这不再是传统意义上的家长会，而是一场关于成长的温暖见证。

在厦门华锐莱普顿幼儿园11月28日的家长会上，老师不再是主角，家长也成了倾听者。孩子们眼睛发亮，自信地带领爸爸妈妈穿梭于教室的各个“学习站”，用自己的语言，讲述着一段段探索的故事。

What if your child transforms into a "little teacher," confidently taking your hand to introduce their works, thoughts, and "small goals"... This is no longer a traditional parent-teacher conference, but a warm witness to growth.

At Chiway-Repton Kindergarten’s parent-teacher conference on November 28th, the protagonists were no longer the teachers; the listeners became the parents. With bright eyes, children confidently led their moms and dads through various "learning stations" in the classroom, sharing stories of exploration in their own words.

这就是全面推行的 “学生主导型家长会” 。我们相信，真正的成长，应由孩子自己来讲述。

This is the fully implemented "Student-Led Parent-Teacher Conference". We believe that true growth should be told by the children themselves.

想象一下家长会的画面变了：

孩子不再是那个在门外忐忑等待的被评价者，而是手握引导权、侃侃而谈的“小主人”。

家长不再是揣着些许焦虑的听众，而是孩子成长旅程中最专注的“见证官”。

老师则从台前退到幕后，成为微笑的“支持者”和“鼓掌的人”。

Imagine the parent-teacher conference reimagined:

Children: No longer "evaluated ones" waiting anxiously at the door, but "little hosts" holding the reins and speaking eloquently.

Parents: No longer "audiences" with subtle anxiety, but the most attentive "witnesses" on their children’s growth journey.

Teachers: Stepping back from the spotlight to become smiling "supporters" and "cheerleaders."

“这是我最骄傲的作品！”“这里我还想加油。”孩子们开始学习反思，大方地分享自己的“闪光点”和“小目标”。孩子用中英双语流利介绍自己的站点活动，从规则到操作的方式。孩子自信满满的向家长呈现自己在幼儿园的学习过程。

"This is my proudest work!" "I want to keep improving here." Children begin to learn reflection, openly sharing their "bright spots" and "small goals." With fluent Chinese and English, the children introduce their station activities—from rules to operation methods—confidently presenting their learning journey at kindergarten to their parents.

活动结束后，家长们的反馈让我们无比感动：
