Students begin to explore the world of emotions and realise the importance of emotional management. Based on the ABC Theory, students start to think about appropriate expressions of emotions. However, emotions are everywhere, so both the teachers and students are still progressing on the path of rational expressions to create a harmonious and positive learning atmosphere.

从这里出发，学生开始探索情绪的世界，并逐渐认识到情绪管理的重要性。在ABC理论的基础上，学生也开始思考如何适当地表达情绪。然而，情绪无处不在，老师和同学们仍在理性表达的路上，共同成长，共同进步，共创一个和谐、积极的学习环境。
