In order to develop practical skills to facing changes, the Junior Secondary department has practiced a Project Based Learning to G7 students. Four subjects were involved in the project: CES, Psychology, Music and Visual Art.

感:内心的天使与魔鬼

察:不同的情绪

探:情绪的发展过程

创:个性的情绪表达


为了发展应对变化的技能,初中部针对七年级学生开展为期3周的项目式学习。该项目融合了四个学科的教学:公社、心理、音乐和美术。

PBL :Project Based Learning

 项目式学习




Students gain knowledge and skills by investigate and respond to an authentic and complex problem. It’s a world-wide popular teaching method and in Project Based Learning, teachers make learning come alive. Students develop critical thinking, collaboration, creativity and communication skills.


通过探究,应对真实、复杂的议题,从而让学生获得知识和技能的学习。这是一个世界范围内广泛使用的教学方法,在项目式学习中,教师让学习变得生动有趣,学生能发展自己的批判性思维、协作力、创造力和沟通技巧。

Types, Needs, Process and Strategies

目标:管理情绪:类型、需求、过程和策略




Take it as a skill: Recognise emotions, understand the needs behind, applying ABC Theory and dealing with negative emotions rationally.

作为技能:识别情绪,理解情绪背后的需求,认识ABC理论并理性应对负面情绪。


Take it as art: experience the emotions in arts and create unique emotional artwork.

作为艺术:感知艺术作品中的情绪,创作自己独特的情绪艺术。

Students begin to explore the world of emotions and realise the importance of emotional management. Based on the ABC Theory, students start to think about appropriate expressions of emotions. However, emotions are everywhere, so both the teachers and students are still progressing on the path of rational expressions to create a harmonious and positive learning atmosphere.


从这里出发,学生开始探索情绪的世界,并逐渐认识到情绪管理的重要性。在ABC理论的基础上,学生也开始思考如何适当地表达情绪。然而,情绪无处不在,老师和同学们仍在理性表达的路上,共同成长,共同进步,共创一个和谐、积极的学习环境。
