Oxford University's new undergraduate requirements
牛津大学本科英文要求最新声明。
托福 iBT 考试将于 2026 年 1 月 21 日进行改革。在完成对改革后考试的审查之前，牛津大学将不接受从该日期起参加的托福考试成绩来满足英语语言要求。
The TOEFL iBT exam will undergo reforms on January 21, 2026. The University of Oxford will not accept TOEFL tests taken from that date to meet the English language condition until a review of the revised test has been completed.

Expansion of Hong Kong universities
香港高校历史性扩容，四所“学院”升格在望。
东华学院、香港高等教育科技学院、香港理工大学专业进修学院、香港珠海学院四所院校已明确制定升格时间表，预计最早在2026年，这四所学校将升级为“大学”，香港大学数量将从8所增至12所。
有消息称，这几所学校升格后，会朝着学科应用、学科实践板块进行人才培养，与传统的综合型、研究型大学形成互补。对于 看重就业率、重技术、重实践的学生，这些学校就是很好的选择。
Tung Wah College, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University - Hong Kong Community College (HKCC), Hong Kong Chu Hai College, and the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) have all set clear timelines for upgrading, with the earliest expected in 2026. These four institutions will be elevated to "universities," increasing the number of universities in Hong Kong from 8 to 12.
These schools will focus on cultivating talent in applied and practical disciplines, complementing traditional comprehensive and research-oriented universities. For students who prioritize employment rates, value technical skills, and emphasize practical experience, these schools will be excellent choices.
NO.3 美国Top 7 杜克大学公布2025Fall新生数据

近日，杜克大学公布了2029届新生数据，其中，早申录取率12.6%，常规录取率4.2%，均创历史新低（去年是12.9%和4.4%），新生SAT成绩50%中位数是1520-1570，ACT成绩是34-36。
Duke University has released the admission data for the Class of 2029. Among the figures, the Early Decision acceptance rate stands at 12.6% and the Regular Decision acceptance rate at 4.2%, both hitting a record low (last year’s rates were 12.9% and 4.4% respectively). The median SAT score for 50% of the freshmen ranges from 1520 to 1570, and the ACT score ranges from 34 to 36.
